Արցախի ՊԲ նախկին խոսնակ Սենոր Հասրաթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է. 

«Միամիտ է և կործանման ենթակա այն ժողովուրդը, որը պատահականությունների իշխանության պատանդի կարգավիճակում հայտնված երկրում փորձում է իր բնականոն կենսագործունեությունը վերագտնել միայն օրենքի ուժով: Ցանկացած պատահականության համար, մանավանդ քաղաքականության մեջ, օրենքն ու իրավունքը վկայակոչելը սոսկ նպատակին հասնելու միջոց է: Իրականում նրանք իշխանության են գալիս անօրինությամբ (արագաչափերը փակելով, ռադիոտան մասնաշենքի դռները ջարդելով, դպրոցականներին ցույցերին ներգրավելով, միջպետական ճանապարհների բնականոն կենսագործունեությունը կազմալուծելով և այլն) և այդուհետ իրենց իշխանությունը պահում, տակավին՝ անօրինությամբ ( պատգամավորներին պատանդ վերցնելով, դատարանները շրջափակելով, սեփական քաղաքացիներին «հների և նորերի», «սևերի և սպիտակների» բաժանելով ևայլն): Այստեղից հետևում է, որ նմանների ձեռքում պատանդի կարգավիճակում հայտնված Հայրենիքը փրկելու համար, որքան էլ պայքարող քաղաքացին իր կենսակերպով կիրթ ու մտավորական է, պետք է ապավինի ոչ միայն ՕՐԵՆՔԻ ուժին, այլ նաև, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում՝ այնպիսի մարտավարության, որին իշխանությունն իրենց ձեռքում ամեն գնով պահող պատահականությունները չեն սպասում...
Հ. գ. - Այս տրամաբանության ուժով են գործել աշխարհի, գրեթե, բոլոր այն երկրները, որոնք այսօր իրենց տեղն ու դերն ունեն արևի տակ: Հակառակ դեպքում մենք, որպես ազգ, մարդկության տեսադաշտում մնալու ենք ոչ թե մեր անկախ և կայուն պետականությամբ, այլ լավագույն դեպքում՝ ամերիկահայ Սարոյանով, ֆրանսահայ Ազնավուրով, սովետահայ Խաչատուրյանով և այդպես շարունակ... Իսկ վատագույն դեպքում՝ նրանցով, ովքեր անկարող են հասկանալ, որ Արցախն՝ իր ողջ պատմությամբ եղել է ու կա հայկական...»:
