Վարչապետի աթոռին սոսնձված էակը լավ է հասկանում, որ իր իշխանությանը շատ քիչ ժամանակ է մնացել ու պարզ է, որ նա հեռանալու է, որպես դավաճան, որը թշնամուն առանց անգամ կրակոցի հանձնել է հազարավոր քառակուսի կիլոմետրեր։ Վերոնշյալ էակը պատմության մեջ կմնա, որպես Արցախի պետականությունը կործանած և Հայաստանի գոյությունը կասկածի տակ դրած ղեկավար։
 
Հիմա սա փորձում է բոլոր հնարավոր և անհնարին ձևերով վարկաբեկել ընդդմադիր այն առաջնորդներին, ումից ունի պաթոլոգիկ և անասնական վախ։
 
Բնականաբար դավաճանի սարսափի աստիճանի վախենալու գլխավոր հակառակորդներից է ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Արթուր Վանեցյանը, ով ընդդիմադիր ուժերի առանցքային դեմքերից մեկն է և տիրապետում է ահռելի տեղեկությունների։ Արթուր Վանեցյանը Հայաստանում եզակի մարդկանցից է, ով շատ լավ է ճանաչում և գիտի, թե ով է և ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում կապիտուլյանտը և այդ հանգամանքն է հենց սարսափեցնում վերոնշյալ էակին։
Հենց դա էր պատճառը, որ երբ Արթուր Վանեցյանը հայտարարեց ակտիվ քաղաքականություն մտնելու մասին, հետագայում պատերազմի ժամանակ և հետո Արթուր Վանեցյանի և <<Հայրենիք>> զորախմբի դեմ, ահավոր վարկաբեկիչ արշավ սկսեցին` սկզբում միայն իշխանական ֆեյքաֆերմաները, հետո նաև նրանց միացան <<եղբայրական>> Ադրբեջանի քարոզչական լրատվամիջոցները։
 
Լսի՛ր Նիկոլ, պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ Արթուր Վանեցյանը քեզ շատ է խանգարում իր քաղաքական գործունեությամբ։ Դա քեզ հունից հանում է, դու սարսափում ես, հիստերիայի մեջ ես ընկնում այդ փաստից, բայց անկարող ես որևէ բան անել, նույնիսկ տիրապետելով պետական ռեսուրսների և լինելով կեղտոտ տեխնոլոգիաների մեծ մասնագետ։
Նիկոլ, դու այլևս անցյալ ես, ապագան մերն է։
