Հայաստանը երեք շաբաթվա համար Ադրբեջանից գազի ներկրման կարիք չի ունենա, եթե, գործարքն ավելի երկարաժամկետ հեռանկար չի հետապնդում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի տնտեսական հետազոտությունների գրասենյակի պատասխանատու, տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը:

«Հայաստանը երեք շաբաթվա համար գազի պաշարներ ունի. ու՞մ է ձեռնտու Ադրբեջանով Հայաստան գազի մատակարարումը

Այսօր տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ «Հյուսիսային Կովկաս-Անդրկովկաս» գազատարի պլանային կանխարգելիչ և վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ընթացքում (երեք շաբաթ) ռուսական գազը հայ սպառողներին կմատակարարվի Ադրբեջանի տարածքով: «Գազպրոմ էքսպորտ» ՍՊԸ-ն և Ադրբեջանի պետական նավթային ընկերությունը մարտի 16-ին կարճաժամկետ պայմանագիր են կնքել Ադրբեջանի տարածքով ռուսական գազի փոխադրման համար:

Նկատենք, որ Աբովյանի գազապահեստարանում կուտակված բնական գազի ծավալները լրիվ բավարար են երեք շաբաթից ավելի ապահովելու Հայաստանի ներքին պահանջարկը, այսինքն` Հայաստանը երեք շաբաթվա համար Ադրբեջանից գազի ներկրման կարիք չի ունենա, եթե, իհարկե այս գործարքն ավելի երկարաժամկետ հեռանկար չի հետապնդում։

Ուշագրավ է, որ ռազմական դրության մեջ գտնվող մեր երկրի կառավարությունը մինչ այս պահը չի արձագանքել այս որոշմանը և չի հստակեցրել, թե որքանո՞վ է այս որոշումը համապատասխանում ՀՀ շահերին։ Արդյունքում մնում է ենթադրել, որ այս գործարքի շարժառիթը Հայաստանի ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակման անվան տակ Նախիջևան-Ադրբեջան սուվերեն ճանապարհի զիջումն է, որին ամեն գնով փորձում է հասնել թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմը: Այս կարճաժամկետ գործարքը ազդակ կարող է հանդիսանալ նաև վրացական կողմի համար»,- գրել է նա։
