ՀՀ ԱԺ եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովը ներկայացրել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի` Հարավային Կովկասի հետ հարաբերությունների պատվիրակության ղեկավար Մարինա Կալյուրանդի, Հայաստանի հարցով հիմնական զեկուցող Անդրեյ Կովաչևի և Ադրբեջանի հարցով հիմնական զեկուցող Ժելյանա Զովկոյի համատեղ հայտարարություն-կոչն` Ադրբեջանին.

«Մեզ լրջորեն անհանգստացնում են Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայ գերիների հանդեպ խոշտանգումների դեպքերը, որոնք փաստված են, մասնավորապես, Human Rights Watch-ի զեկույցի մեջ: Մենք հորդորում ենք Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին հետաքննել բոլոր նման մեղադրանքները և մեղավորներին ենթարկել պատասխանատվության:

Միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի լիակատար հարգումը և խոշտանգումների և այլ նվաստացուցիչ կամ անմարդկային վերաբերմունքի արգելքը պետք է երաշխավորվի: Մենք միաժամանակ դատապարտում ենք այն փաստը, որ Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը ձախողել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի միջանկյալ միջոցների կիրառումը, որը պահանջում էր Ադրբեջանից տրամադրել տեղեկություն
կալանավորվածների պահման պայմանների, առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև նրանց վերադարձի միջոցների վերաբերյալ:

Եվս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում Ադրբեջանին առանց հապաղելու ազատ արձակել մնացած բոլոր հայ կալանավորներին` համաձայն 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հրադադարի համաձայնագրի դրույթների»։
