Գերմանիայի նախկին կանցլեր Հելմուտ Քոլի որդին դատի է տվել երկրի առողջապահության նախարարին

Վալտեր Քոլը՝ Գերմանիայի նախկին կանցլեր Հելմուտ Քոլի (այս պաշտոնը զբաղեցրել է 1982-1998 թվականներին) որդին, դատական հայց է ներկայացրել երկրի առողջապահության նախարար Յենս Շպանի դեմ՝ պաշտպանական դիմակների չվճարված հաշվի պատճառով, հայտնում է Bild տաբլոիդը:

Պարբերականի տեղեկություններով՝ հայցը ներկայացվել Բոննի դատարան, խոսքը մոտ 5,5 մլն եվրոյի մասին է: Ըստ պարբերականի՝ 2020 թվականի գարնանը Վալտեր Քոլի ընկերությունը՝ Kohl Consult, մասնակցել էր նախարարության մրցույթին եւ ստացել հատը 4,5 եվրո գնով FFP2 տեսակի մեկ միլիոն դիմակի մատակարարման պատվեր: Սակայն վերջնարդյունքում առողջապահության նախարարությունը չէր վճարել դիմակների հաշիվը, նշում է պարբերականը:

Քոլի խոսքով՝ Շպանի ղեկավարած նախարարությունն «անսպասելի» հայտարարել էր, որ դիմակներն անջրափաթանց չեն, չնայած ի սկզբանե նման բան չի պայմանավորվել, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

«Ես չեմ հասկանում՝ ինչո՞ւ են Յենս Շպանը եւ նրա նախարարությունը գիտակցաբար խախտում իրենց սեփական պայմանագրերը: Համաձայնագրերը պահպանելու սկզբունքն ակնհայտորեն չի տարածվում այս երկուսի վրա»,- պարբերականին ասել է Վալտեր Քոլը:

Պարբերականը նշում է, որ ըստ պայմանագրի պայմանների՝ դիմակների վճարումը պետք է կատարված լիներ արտադրանքի մատակարարումից հետո մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում:

«Մենք չենք մեկնաբանում շարունակվող դատավարության մանրամասները»,- պարբերականին ասել է Գերմանիայի առողջապահության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը:
