Միակ մարդը, որը կարող է այս իրավիճակում փորձել հետ բերել մեր զարգացման տեմպերը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 7-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի նախկին ղեկավար Արա Վանդանյանը:

«Ես ընտրությունների ժամանակ միանշանակ աջակցելու եմ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, քանի որ կարծում եմ, որ այսօր Հայաստանի և Արցախի ապագան վտանգված է, և միակ մարդը, որը կարող է այս իրավիճակում փորձել ետ բերել մեր զարգացման տեմպերը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն է։ Դաշտում այլ ուժեր չեմ տեսնում, որոնք կարող են դա անել։ Միանձնյա, իհարկե, նա դա չի անելու։ Մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ եթե նախագահ Քոչարյանը տալիս է որևէ խոստում, ուրեմն՝ նա դա իրականացնում է։ Անցյալում նախագահ Քոչարյանն արել է այն ամենը, ինչ ասել է, և չունեմ որևէ կասկած, որ կանի այս անգամ ևս։ Նախագահ Քոչարյանի հաղթանակը լինելու է ոչ թե իր հաղթանակը, այլ ժողովրդի։ Այստեղ է լինելու իշխանության վերադարձը ժողովրդին։ Ակնհայտ է, որ նախընտրական պայքարը նախագահ Քոչարյանի կողմում լինելու է հստակ ծրագրային, մյուս կողմում՝ ցեխ շպրտոցի»,- նշեց Վարդանյանը։

Արա Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը քաջ գիտակցում է, թե ով է լինելու Հայաստանի ապագա ղեկավարը։

«Այլ կերպ ես չեմ կարող մեկնաբանել այն, որ Հայաստանի գործող վարչապետի այցից առաջ երկու- երեք օր առաջ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պետական, ամենատարածված հեռուսատաընկերության եթերում հարցազրույց է ունենում երկրորդ նախագահը, ընդորում՝ ելույթ է ունենում Ռուսաստանում ամենամեծ տարածումն ունեցողն թոք շոուի ընթացքում»,- ասաց Արա Վարդանյանը։

Արա Վարդանյանի կարծիքով՝ մենք կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հեռախոսազրույցի թեմաներից մեկը եղել է է բանակցային գործընթացների արդյունքում ԼՂԻՄ տարածքների վերականգնումը։

«Այդ հեռախոսազրույցից հետո Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հարցազրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով Արցախյան հիմնահարցին ասել է, որ հավատում է, որ հնարավոր է ԼՂԻՄ տարածքների վերականգնում բանակցային գործընթացների արդյունքում։ Խոսքը, ըստ ինձ, Հադրութի և Շուշիի վերադարձի մասին է»,- ընդգծեց Արա Վարդանյանը ։

Ըստ Արա Վարդանյանի այսօր շատերն են ասում, որ չպետք է ունենանք Ռուսասատանին կամակատար ղեկավար, մինչդեռ Հայաստանում գործող իշխանությունից ավելի շատ Ռուսաստանի կամակատար չի եղել․ «Այսօր Հայաստանի իշխանությունը կամակատար է աշխարհի բոլոր գերտերությունների մոտ։ Նիկոլը, և իր ուսապարկները կատարում են աշխարհի գերտերությունների բոլոր խնդրանքները, որովհետև իրենց մտքում կա միայն մեկ հարց՝ պահպանել իշխանությունը»։
