Գիտնականները հրապարակել են 5 ամենավտանգավոր ալկոհոլային խմիչքների ցանկը, որի մեջ մտնում են գարեջուրը, թույլ ալկոհոլային գինիները, կոկտեյլները, շամայնը և լիկյորները։

Ընդ որում՝ ամենավտանգավորը համարվել են թույլ ալկոհոլային խմիչքները, քանի որ օգտագործողը չի կարողանում վերահսկել իր խմած սպիրտի քանակությունը։

Գարեջուր։ Առաջին տեղում հայտնվել է հենց այս խմիչքը։ Գիտնականների կարծում են, որ վերը նշված պատճառով գարեջուրն ավելի վտանգավոր է, քան օղին։

Բացի այդ, Ինդիանայի համալսարանի բժշկական դպրոցի մասնագետները՝ Դևիդ Կերեկենի գլխավորությամբ, պարզել են, որ գարեջրի համին մարդիկ շուտ են ընտելանում։

Սա գարեջրի միակ թերությունը չէ։ Այն բացասաբար է ազդում ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի վրա և կարող է պատճառ դառնալ դրա բորբոքմանը։

Բացի այդ, գարեջրի միջոցով տղամարդու օրգանիզմ են ներթափանցում կանացի հորմոնի բուսական անալոգներ՝ ֆիտոէստրոգեններ։Գարեջրի երկարատև օգտագործման արդյունքում տղամարդկանց կոնքերը լայնանում են, իսկ կրծքերը՝ մեծանում։Կարճ ասած՝ տղամարդիկ նմանվում են կանանց։

Թույլ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ։ Սրանք պակաս վտանգավոր չեն։ Հիմնական վտանգն այն է, որ դրանք քաղցր համ ունեն, ինչպես գազավորված ըմպելիքները, սակայն ավելի մեծ վնաս են հասցնում օրգանիզմին, քան օղին։ Թույլ ալկոհոլային խմիչքները վտանգավոր են նաև նրանով, որ անչափահասները դրանք շատ են օգտագործում։

Որոշ թույլ ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ նաև կոֆեին են պարունակում, որը, այսպես ասած, քողազերծում է խմածությունը։ Այսինքն՝ խմողը չի կարողանում ճիշտ գնահատել իր խմածության աստիճանը։ Արդյունքում՝ խմողը չի կարողանում սթափ գնահատել իրավիճակը, խախտվում է շարժումների կոորդինացիան և թուլանում է տրամաբանելու ունակությունը։

Կոկտեյլներ։ Ալկոհոլային խմիչքներ սիրում են խմել կանայք, հատկապես՝ երեկույթների ընթացքում։ Սակայն սպիրտի երկու կամ ավելի տեսակների խառնելը կարող է հանգեցնել թունդ հարբածության և վնասել լյարդն ու երիկամները։

Շամպայն։ Շամպայնը վտանգավոր խմիչքների ցանկում է հայտնվել հիմնականում դրա մեջ պարունակվող ածխաթթու գազի պատճառով։ Իսկ ածխաթթու գազը նպաստում է, որ ալկոհոքն ավելի արագ ներծծվի արյան մեջ, և մարդը շատ արագ է հարբում։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով, շամպայնից կարելի է խայտառակ ձևով հարբել։

Բացի այդ, շամպայնն արագացնում է սննդի փտման պրոցեսը աղեստամոքսային համակարգում, ինչը կարող է թունավորման պատճառ դառնալ։ Այնպես որ, եթե պատրաստվում եք շամպայն խմել, ապա կուշտ կերեք և մի խառնեք այն ուրիշ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների հետ։

Ավելացնենք նաև, որ շամպայնը բացասաբար է ազդում տեսողության վրա։

Լիկյորներ։ Լիկյորը վհանգավոր է, քանի որ մեծ քանակությամբ շաքար է պարունակում։ Իսկ շաքարը՝ սպիրտի և ջրի համադրության մեջ, վնասում է ենթաստամոքսային գեղձը։ Կոկտեյլի չարաշահման արդյունքում շաքարի մակարդակը արյան մեջ կարող է կտրուկ բարձրանալ՝ պատճառ դառնալով անգամ գիտակցության կորստի։
