ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ուղերձը Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրվա կապակցությամբ

Անցած դարասկզբին Օսմանյան կայսրության կողմից հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ իրականացված ցեղասպանությունը չի ավարտվել:

Թուրքական արնածոր յաթաղանը դեռևս կախված է հայ ժողովրդի գլխին և մնալու է որպես սպառնալիք,

քանի դեռ՝

• հայ ժողովուրդը չի հաղթահարել զոհի բարդույթը՝ արժանապատվորեն պաշտպանելով իր իրավունքները,

քանի դեռ՝

• վաղեմության ժամկետ չունեցող հանցագործությունը՝ ցեղասպանությունը, չի պատժվել և դաս չի դարձել նման ոճրագործության ունակ հանցագործների համար,

քանի դեռ՝

• Թուրքիայի ներկայիս իշխանությունները չեն ցանկանում առերեսվել սեփական պատմությանը և ցինիկ ինքնագոհությամբ ժխտում են 1894-1923 թվականներին Օսմանյան կայսրության և Թուրքիայի տարբեր վարչակարգերի կողմից ծրագրված ու հայ ժողովրդի դեմ շարունակաբար իրականացված ցեղասպանական քայլերը, հայրենազրկումը, հայության ոչնչացմանն ուղղված զանգվածային կոտորածները, էթնիկ զտումները, հայկական ժառանգության ոչնչացումը,

քանի դեռ՝

• աշխարհաքաղաքական ոչ հայանպաստ շահերի սպասարկուները պատրաստ են մոռացության մատնել և սակարկման առարկա դարձնել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը,

• հայ ժողովուրդը հերթական անգամ դաս չի քաղում պատմությունից, չի գիտակցում իր սխալներն ու բացթողումները, իսկ ներկայիս իշխանության մեջ որոշ տկարամիտ աթոռապաշտներ, ուրանալով ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ Թուրքիայի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ իրենց հազարավոր հայրենակիցների խոշտանգման ու սպանության փաստերը, պատրաստ են պարտվածի հոգեբանությամբ ազգային շահերի հաշվին ծնկաչոք խաղաղություն մուրալ դահճից,

քանի դեռ՝

• Հայոց ցեղասպանության փաստի համաշխարհային ճանաչման հասնելու, հանցագործությունը դատապարտելու և ցեղասպանության հետևանքները հաղթահարելու հարցում Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի միասնական կամքը անտեսող կամ վիճարկող ցանկացած հայ չի համարվի ուրացող ու հայրենադավ և չի դատապարտվի,

քանի դեռ՝

• Հայոց ցեղասպանության մեկուկես միլիոն անմեղ զոհերի հիշատակը ոգեկոչելուց բացի, երախտագիտությամբ չենք խոնարհվի և արժանին մատուցի մեր ազգային ու մարդկային արժանապատվության համար պայքարած նահատակ հերոսների հիշատակի և վերապրածների առջև ու չենք բարձրացնի մեր պայքարի ոգին,

քանի դեռ՝

• Թուրքիայի ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ տարածաշրջանային խոշոր տնտեսական նախագծերը չենք համադրի մեր ազգային շահերին,

քանի դեռ՝

• խորությամբ չենք գիտակցի Հայաստանի դերակատարությունը տարածաշրջանում ու չենք ճանաչի ինքներս մեզ՝ որպես համաշխարհային քաղաքակրթության մեջ նշանակալի ներդրում ունեցած ազգի,

և քանի դեռ՝

• չենք գիտակցի անկախ, հզոր ազգային պետականության անհրաժեշտությունը մեր գոյապահպանման ու ազգային արժեքների պահպանման գործում:
