«Քանի որ Թուրքիային և թուրքին լավ չեք ճանաչում, ներկայացնեմ մի փոքր դրվագ ազգային քաղաքականությունից, և կհամոզվեք , թե ինչ ամուր հիմքերի վրա է դրված ազգային գաղափարախոսությունը Թուրքիայում։

Անկարայում կա մի թաղամաս, որը ժամանակին մի գյուղ էր Անկարայի սահմաններից դուրս, սակայն ժամանակի ընթացքում այն դարձավ Անկարայի կարևոր թաղամաս ի շնորհիվ ամերիկացի սոցիոլոգ Դանիել Լերների շնորհիվ , ով ապրում և աշխատում էր այդ գյուղում։

Անկարայի այդ թաղամասի անունն է Բալգաթ։ Բալգաթը շատ մեծ թաղամաս չէ, բայց կարևոր դերակատարություն ունի Թուրքիայի ազգային գաղափարախոսության տեսլականի համար։ Այս թաղամասում են տեղակայված Թուրքիայի գրեթե բոլոր այն կուսակցությունների գլխավոր գրասենյակները, որոնք ունեն ազգային գաղափարախոսություն, ուղղվածություն։ Ոչ միայն բոլորը մեկտեղված են այստեղ, այլ նաև բոլոր ազգային գաղափարախոսություն և ուղղվածություն ունեցող կուսակցությունների գլխավոր գրասենյակները չեն վճարում ոչ մի տեսակի պետտուրք։ Չեն վճարում գրասենյակի վարձակալության համար, կոմունալ ծախսերի համար, գրասենյակների անվտանգության պահպանության համար։ Այս թաղամասում բացի ազգային գաղափարախոսություն և ուղղվածություն ունեցող կուսակցություններից, տեղավորված են նաև նմանատիպ գաղափարախոսություն և ուղղվածություն ունեցող ՀԿ-ներ, կազմակերպություններ։

Այս թաղամասում է տեղակայված նույնիսկ իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության շտաբը, որը ևս օգտվում է այդ անվճար պետական աջակցությունից։

Որպեսզի այդ թաղամասում կուսակցություններն ունենան բարվոք, հարմարավետ , լայնարձակ գրասենյակներ, պարզապես իրենց կանոնադրություններում պետք է հստակ նշած լինեն, որ իրենք առաջնային են համարում ազգային գաղափարախոսությունը, մեծ Թուրքիայի ստեղծման ճանապարհից չեն շեղվի։

Մենք երբ խոսում ենք ազգային գաղափարախոսությունից, նաև հենց նմանատիպ հնարավորություններ և պայմաններ ստեղծելը պետք է դարձնենք օրակարգային․․․»։
