jpgazeta.ru-ն գրում է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական շահերի վեկտորը գնալով տեղափոխվում է դեպի Միացյալ Նահանգներ: Փորձագետները նշում են, որ Ռուսաստանի միջամտության բացակայության դեպքում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև սահմանազատումը կարող է հանգեցնել Երևանի՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալուն և հետագայում ՆԱՏՕին անդամակցությանը: Ի՞նչ նշանակություն կունենա ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալը Հայաստանի համար արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին, և ո՞վ է Երևանում հակառուսական տրամադրություններ գեներացնում: «jpgazeta.ru»-ի հետ զրույցում «Ռուսաստան - Եվրասիա» ծրագրի ղեկավար Միխայիլ Չեռնովն է խոսել այդ ամենի մասին. «Փաշինյանի արևմտամետ կողմնորոշումը ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ: Նա այդպիսին էր մինչ Հայաստանի վարչապետ դառնալը և այդպիսին էլ կմնա ապագայում՝ անկախ ամեն ինչից:

Որպես վարչապետ՝ Փաշինյանը պետք է ելնի իր պետության շահերից, բայց Հայաստանն այժմ այնպիսի վիճակում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալը հավասարազոր է ինքնասպանության: Չեմ կարծում, որ Հայաստանում որևէ մեկը, նույնիսկ ամենաարևմտամետը կարող է խթանել այդ թեման: Հայաստանը բանավոր աջակցություն է ստանում ԱՄՆ-ից, ինչպես նաև կոչեր ամերիկացի տարբեր սենատորներից ադրբեջանական զորքերը Սյունիքի մարզից անմիջապես դուրս բերելու մասին: Միջպետական հարաբերություններն այժմ կտրուկ սրված են, ԱՄՆ-ը շատ հարցերում է հակասության մեջ Թուրքիայի հետ, Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունները նույնպես ամբողջովին հարթ չեն, բայց այդ ամենը գլխավորը չէ: Կարևոր է հայկական էլիտայի մի մասի, այդ թվում՝ Փաշինյանի՝ Ռուսաստանից հեռանալու սկզբունքային կողմնորոշումը: Դրա համար նրանք պատրաստ են կորցնել ցանկացած բան՝ թե՛ Ղարաբաղը, թե՛ Հայաստանը:

Պատերազմը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ցույց տվեց Հայաստանի՝ պայքարելու լիակատար անկարողությունը: Դրա մեղքը հիմնականում ընկած է Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարության վրա: Սա ծանր հարված էր հայ հասարակությանը, հայ պետականությանը և հայկական ապագային: Այս իրավիճակում կարելի է միայն կարեկցել Հայաստանին»:
