7-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել, որում ասված է.

Մի հատ զանգեք Անգլիա ու նոր հակառուսական հիստերիա բարձրացրեք

Երբ Նիկոլը բողոքում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի դանդաղկոտությունից, իսկ իրականում բողոքն ուղղված է Ռուսաստանին, պարզապես դուխը չի հերիքում Ռուսաստանին ուղղակի մեղադրելու, ու երբ նրա ուսապարկային գվարդիան քոփի-փեստով կրկնում է նրա բառերն ու սպառնում դիմել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին, էս մարդիկ եւս մեկ անգամ չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ են ասում։

Հա, դիմեք ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին, բայց դիմելուց առաջ մի փոքր լիկբեզ անեմ դիմողների համար։
Եւ այսպես, ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում ինչ-որ բանաձեւ անցկացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է, որ Անվտանգության խորհրդի 15 անդամները քվեարկեն կողմ եւ պարտադիր է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի 5 մշտական անդամները՝ Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան, Չինաստանը, Մեծ Բրիտանիան եւ Միացյալ նահանգները քվեարկեն կողմ եւ նրանցից որեւէ մեկը վետո չդնի։

Եւ հետո, ֆալցետով հակառուսական հիստերիա բարձրացնողներ, Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմել է կանոնադրության 2-րդ հոդվածով, եւ ոչ թե 4-րդ, որը նշանակում է ագրեսիա ՀԱՊԿ որեւէ անդամի հանդեպ։

Դե, եթե նիկոլական իշխանությունն Ադրբեջանի ներխուժումը Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածք, պայմանագրային զինծառայողի սպանությունը, 6 զինվորի գերեվարումը զինված ուժերի պահպանության տարածքից չի համարում ագրեսիա, իսկ ինչի՞ եք ուզում, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը կամ Ռուսաստանը ձեր փոխարեն համարեն։

Բայց քանի որ Նիկոլի եւ նիկոլականության համար բոլորը մեղավոր են, այդ թվում՝ Դալայ Լաման, բայց ոչ ինքը, ես իմ վերջին հարցը համարում եմ զուտ հռետորական։
