Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդիպել է Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջանի Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր կուսակցության համակիրների հետ։

Նա իր համակիրների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց Շուշիի հետ կապված հարցին։

«Վերջերս հրապարակված թղթում, որտեղ 1999 թվականի Մեղրի փոխանցման ծրագիրն էր քննարկվում, էդ փաստաթղթում հետաքրիքր ձևակերպումը հետևյալն է, ասում է՝ Մեղրիի շրջանը փոխանցվում է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը՝ ստորակետ, Շուշիի շրջանը՝ ստորակետ, և Լաչինի շրջանը փոխանցվում է Հայաստանին։ Ես դեռ այդ փաստաթղթի բովանդակությանը չեմ անդրադառնում, ձևակերպմանն ուշադրություն դրաձրեք․ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնավար մարզի տարածքը, Շուշիի տարածքը․․․։ Ինչն է այստեղ նրբությունը․ Շուշին առանձնացված է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից և դրված է Լաչինի հետ նույն շարքի մեջ և մեր շատ ներկայացուցիչներ ասում են՝ դե Շուշիի հարց չի եղել»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը՝ նշելով, որ նոյեմբերին է դեռ ասել, որ Շուշիի հարցը միշտ եղել է։

Նրա խոսքով՝ երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասում էր, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծել է, ինքը զգուշորեն թեմա է բացել ու նրանք էլ արձագանքել են․ «Եվ պարզվեց, որ իրենց պատկերացմամբ, որով պետք է Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծվեր, պետք է լուծվեր ԼՂ բնակչության ազատ կամարտահայտությունն արտահայտող հանրաքվեի միջոցով։ Ես հարց բարձրացրի Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից՝ բա էդ 88 թվականի բնակչությունը ադրբեջանցի, բնակչություն է, թե ոչ, և նրանք՝ հանրապետականները հայտարարեցին՝ այո, նրանք էլ էին մասնակցելու հանրաքվեին, բայց Խորհրդային Միության տարիների չափաքանակով»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
