Մենք աստիճանաբար կորցնում ենք ինքնապահպանության բնազդը։ Այսպիսով փորձանքը մոտեցնում ենք մեր տներին, մեր օջախներին: Այս մասին Թելեգրամի իր ալիքում գրել է ՀՀ ախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը:

«Մենք աստիճանաբար կորցնում ենք ինքնապահպանության բնազդը։ Այսպիսով փորձանքը մոտեցնում ենք մեր տներին, մեր օջախներին։

Մի րոպե անջատեք ձեր հեռախոսները, հեռուստացույցները։ Կանգ առեք, փակեք ձեր աչքերն ու ինքներդ ձեզ ասացեք․ «ես վստահ եմ, որ ամեն ինչ լավ է լինելու, որովհետև իմ երկիրը պաշտպանում են Նիկոլն ու նրա թիմը»։ Ու ի՞նչ, վաղվա ձեր անվտանգ ապագայի նկատմամբ վստահությունն ավելացա՞վ։ Դուք ձեր երեխայի պաշտպանությունը կվստահե՞իք մի մարդու, որը պաթոլոգիկ վախկոտ է և ստախոս: Մարդի՛կ, հայե՛ր, ուշքի՛ եկեք․ իր էությամբ ոչ լեգիտիմ իշխանությունը և բնույթով այլասերված մարդիկ երկիրը տանում են դեպի փլուզում և անդունդ, իսկ շատերը դա շարունակում են հանդուրժել՝ ամեն անգամ բերելով ինչ-որ անհեթեթ բացատրություն։

 Մենք  կարող ենք դառնալ տարածաշրջանի ամենահետամնաց ժողովուրդը: Մի ժողովուրդ, որը քաղաքականությունից չի հեռացնում այն առաջնորդին, որն ուղղակի իր հիմարությամբ թշնամու հոշոտմանը հանձնեց հինգ հազար երիտասարդների, որը խեղեց հազարավոր մարդկանց ճակատագրերը, 21-րդ դարում չի կարող համարվել առաջադեմ։

 Մարդի՛կ, մենք քննարկում ենք, դատապարտում և հույսեր տածում, իսկ մեր թշնամիները այդ ընթացքում յուրացնում են մեր Հայրենիքի մասնիկները։ Մենք մտահոգ ենք, մենք շատ մտահոգ ենք։ Եվ ի՞նչ։ Այդ մտահոգությունը դեռևս միայն թուրքերին է օգնում՝ տիրանալ մեր հողերին։

Երկու օր է մարզերում էի ՝ Տավուշում, Գեղարքունիքում։ Հանդիպել եմ իմ թիմակիցների ու բազմաթիվ անծանոթ մարդկանց հետ։ Հակասական տրամադրությունների մեջ եմ, դժվար զսպվող զգացմունքների։

Այս մարդկանց աչքերում, մտքերում ես տեսնում են խորը անհանգստություն, տագնապ՝ վաղվա օրվա, իրենց ու երկրի ապագայի հանդեպ։

Սա այն Տավուշն է, այն՝ Գեղարքունիքը,  այն գյուղերն ու քաղաքներն են, որտեղ մենք մեծ ծրագրեր էինք իրականացրել, կառուցել նոր ճանապարհներ, դպրոցներ, գործարաններ, հիվանդանոցներ, կահավորել մեր սահմանները, ապահովել խաղաղ կյանք։ Ու հիմա՝ այսօրվա իրականությունը։

Վերջերս մի առիթով գրել եմ, որ պետական ծառայողների համար ժամանակն է՝ կողմնորոշվելու և իրենց սկզբունքային որոշումը կայացնելու՝ ո՞ր ճանապարհով շարժվել առաջ։

Պետական համակարգում  աշխատող հայրենասեր նվիրյալ պաշտոնյաներ՝ մի´ նույնականացեք Հայաստանի ամենախայտառակ կառավարման և ամենաողբերգական էջի հետ։ Ձեր առաքելությունը երկրին ծառայելն է, և ոչ թե իշխանության փրփուրներից կախված, երկիրը աղետի բերած մի պատահականությանը։ Ես ցավ եմ ապրում, որ նման ուղերձով դիմում եմ Ձեզ, բայց իրականությունն այլ տարբերակ չի թողնում։ Արեք Ձեր արժանապատիվ քայլը: Իրար ձեռք մեկնենք, որ կարողանանք միասին վերականգնել մեր երկիրը։
