«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրերս «Մեր տունը Հայաստանն է» կուսակցության միասնական ցուցակի վարչապետի թեկնածու, ԱԺ անկախ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանն առաջարկել էր Ազգային ժողովի արտագնա հատուկ նիստ հրավիրել ու բոլոր պատգամավորներով մեկնել սահմանի ճիշտ այն հատված, որտեղ մայիսի 27-ին թշնամին գերեվարել էր մեր զինծառայողներին, բացի դա, ընդունել բանաձև-հայտարարություն՝ ուղղված աշխարհի բոլոր երկրներին, ՌԴ-ին, ՀԱՊԿ-ին, ՄԱԿին, ԵԱՀԿ-ին և խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովներին՝ որպես վերջին նախազգուշացում։ Այսօր արդեն «Մեր տունը Հայաստանն է» կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակի ներկայացուցիչները մեկնեցին Գեղարքունիքի մարզ: Նրանք եղան մարզի մի շարք գյուղերում՝ Վանեվան, Տորֆավան և այլ համայնքներում: Համայնքապետերի ու տեղի բնակիչների հետ զրույցում Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը և նրա թիմակիցներն անդրադարձան մի շարք հարցերի, առաջնայինն, իհարկե, անվտանգության խնդիրն էր:

«Օրերս հայտարարեցի, որ անհրաժեշտություն եմ տեսնում Ազգային ժողովի կողմից որևէ յուրահատուկ նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես գալու, նպատակահարմար էինք գտել հատուկ արտագնա նիստի գումարումը: Առաջարկել եմ, որպեսզի պատգամավորյաց բազմությունը Երևանի կենտրոնից տեղափոխվի և հայտնվի այնտեղ, որտեղ այսօր իրադարձությունների կիզակետն է, անհասկանալիության կիզակետը: Այսօր գյուղաբնակների հիմնական ասելիքը հետևյալն էր՝ անհանգստություն անտեղյակ լինելու պատճառով, տեղեկատվության բացակայություն, մարդիկ չգիտեն՝ ինչ են անելու այսօր, ինչ են անելու վաղը, ցանելո՞ւ են որևէ բան, որ մի քանի ամիս հետո քաղեն, կառուցելո՞ւ կամ վերանորոգելո՞ւ են իրենց տները: Մարդիկ չունեն կյանքի պլանավորման հնարավորություն: Վանեվան համայնքից մինչև Սոթք ու Կութ ընկած այս ամբողջ հատվածում ականատեսն ենք ընդամենը մեկ բանի՝ գյուղացիների, համայնքապետերի տոկունության, ոգու ամրության, պատրաստակամության, հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը կանգնելու զգացումների հետ մեկտեղ առկա է բացարձակ անտեղյակություն, կատարյալ անհանգստություն և կյանքի պլանավորման անհնարինություն: Սա լրջագույն մտահոգություն է:

Ցավում եմ, որ որևէ արձագանք չեղավ արտագնա հատուկ նիստ գումարելու հետ կապված: Ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները և անկախ պատգամավորների, այդ թվում՝ իմ մասնակցությամբ ստորագրահավաք էր կազմակերպվել, որպեսզի Երևանում անցկացվի արտահերթ նիստ՝ մեր զինծառայողների գերեվարման այդ խայտառակ պատմության հետ կապված, բայց այդ նիստը չգումարվեց: Որպես գործող պատգամավոր որոշեցի, որ անհրաժեշտ է գալ և տեղում ծանոթանալ այն մանրամասներին, որոնք չեն հրապարակվում հանրության համար»,- «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասաց Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը: Նրա հետ զրույցում գյուղաբնակները նշում էին, որ կյանքը գնալով բարդանում է նաև սոցիալական առումով: «Այո՛, լրացուցիչ անգամ արձանագրեցինք, որ տարրական կենսակերպ կազմակերպելու անհնարինության հասնող մարդկանց խայտառակ վիճակին հիմա գումարվել են լինել-չլինելու, ապրել-չապրելու հետ կապված մտահոգությունները:

Ծայրահեղ ծանր սոցիալական վիճակ, երեք տարվա ընթացքում չփոփոխված վիճակ խոստումների տարափից հետո: Սրա համար պետք է լինի պատասխանատվություն: Առաջիկա քսան օրվա ընթացքում մարդիկ պետք է մտածեն սրա մասին: Եվ քսան օր հետո որոշում կայացնելիս ևս անդրադառնան սրան»,-զրույցն այսպես է եզրափակում է «Մեր տունը Հայաստանն է» կուսակցության միասնական ցուցակի վարչապետի թեկնածու Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը:
