ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն РБК-ին տված հարցազրույցի ընթացքում նշել է, որ «իշխանության գալու դեպքում` Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմակիցների հետ հաշիվների մաքրում, վենդետաներ չպետք է լինեն, փոխարենը պետք է արդարադատություն լինի»:

«Դրանք միանգամայն տարբեր բաներ են. այն, ինչ կատարվում էր ինձ հետ, դա իրական վենդետա էր: Ի դեմս ինձ սպառնալիք էին տեսնում և փորձում էին տարբեր միջոցներով այդ սպառնալիքը չեզոքացնել: Այն ժամանակ ասացի` կզղջաք, որ կապվել եք հետս: Կարծում եմ` հիմա արդեն զղջում են»,-ասել է Քոչարյանը:

Խոսելով կայանալիք ընտրությունների մասին` նա նշել է, որ առհասարակ չի դիտարկում պարտվելու սցենարը և որ հունիսի 20-ից հետո այս իշխանությունը չպետք է լինի․ «Առաջին խնդիրը երկրի կառավարելիության վերականգնումն է: Այս խնդրի լուծումը կբերի բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրների լուծման… Դա մեխանիզմ է և ավտոմատ կերպով ամեն ինչ կսկսի ավելի լավ, արդյունավետ աշխատել: Պետք է վերականգնել կառավարության հանդեպ վստահությունը, իսկ վստահությունը վերականգնվում է կառավարության կանխատեսելիության շնորհիվ: Ներկայում իշխանության մեջ մարդիկ են, որոնք իրենց տիպով անկանխատեսելի են: Իր ԴՆԹ-ով, կենսաքիմիայով անկախատեսելի մարդը չի կարող, հայտնվելով իշխանությունում, դրան կանխատեսելիություն հաղորդել: Նրանք մարդիկ են, որոնք կոտրում են համարկարգը, ոչ թե ստեղծում այն»։
