Վենդետա՞․ ովքեր են «օրենքով գող» Մարսոյի գերեզմանի դիմաց փոխհրաձգություն իրականացրել

Արարատի մարզի Գոռավան գյուղի վարչական շրջանում գտնվող գերեզմաններում երեկ՝ հունիսի 13-ին, տեղի ունեցած սպանության վերաբերյալ նոր մանրամասներ են պարզվել։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ին, մասնավորապես, հայտնի է դարձել, թե ովքեր են փոխհրաձգություն իրականացնողները։ Բանն այն է, որ կրակոցների արդյունքում սպանված 34-ամյա տղամարդը Արարատում հայտնի Ֆիլիպն է, որը, հավանաբար, այն անձն է, որն ամիսներ առաջ Քարի գործարանում կրակել էր Վեդիում հայտնի Պերճի որդու՝ Լայարտի վրա։ Սակայն, արձակված գնդակը չէր կպել վերջինիս։ Երեկ էլ Լայարտը սպանել է Ֆիլիպին։ Վրեժխնդրության պատճառը ենթադրաբար կարող է լինել Լայարտի հոր՝ Պերճի կողմից տարիներ առաջ օրենքով գող «Մարսոյի»՝ Մարզպետունի Պետրոսյանի, սպանությունը։ Կրակոցների հետևանքով վիրավորվածներից մեկն էլ Ֆիլիպի ընկեր արարատցի Սերժոն է։ Արդյոք կատարվածը վենդետա՞ է, թե՞ ոչ՝ կպարզի քննությունը։
 
Նշենք, որ ըստ մամուլում տարածված տեղեկությունների՝ գերեզմանատան մոտ վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել մի կողմից Գոռավան գյուղի բնակիներ՝ 29-ամյա Գոռ Պետրոսյանի, 30-ամյա Գևորգ Պետրոսյանի, Վեդի քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 30-ամյա  Կարեն Սաֆարյանի, ոմն Ռուբոյի, ում տվյալները ոստիկաներն ու քննիչները պարզում են, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ Արարատ քաղաքի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի, Արարատ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 39-ամյա Սերժիկ Ոսկանյանի, Արարատի մարզի Նոր Կյանք գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 29-ամյա Մեսրոպ Այվազյանի, Արտաշատ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ 32-ամյա Հոհվաննես Բադալյանի միջև։ 
 
Հիշեցնենք, որ քիչ առաջ Քննչական կոմիտեն հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել՝ նշելով, որ 2021թ. հունիսի 13-ին՝ ժամը 19:15-ին, Վեդի ԲԿ-ից ոստիկանություն հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ հրազենային վիրավորումներով հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել տղամարդու՝ Արարատ քաղաքի 34-ամյա բնակչի դին: Միաժամանակ ոստիկանություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Արարատի մարզի Գոռավան համայնքի գերեզմանատան տարածքից կրակահերթեր են լսվել:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ նշված գերեզմանատանը՝ Մարզպետունի Պետրոսյանի՝ օրենքով գող «Մարսո»-ի գերեզմանի դիմացի հատվածում, հայտնաբերվել է բազմաթիվ հրազենային վնասվածքներով «ՎԱԶ 21099» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, 44 հատ 7,62x54մմ տրամաչափի, 12 հատ 7,62x39մմ տրամաչափի, 6 հատ որսորդական փամփուշտի պարկուճ, 1 հատ 7,62x54մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, որսորդական փամփուշտի կոտորակ, որսորդական փամփուշտի պլաստմասե 2 մասնիկ, դանակ, արնանման հետքեր: Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 18.55-ի սահմաններում, Մարզպետունի Պետրոսյանի որդիները և նրանց ընկերը պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նպատակով պայմանավորվել և գերեզմանատանը հանդիպել են 34-ամյա տղամարդու և նրա ընկերների հետ: Նրանց միջև սկսվել է վիճաբանություն, այնուհետև՝ փոխհրաձգություն, որի հետևանքով 34-ամյա տղամարդը մահացել է:
