Սոցիալական ցանցերում և մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներով տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քվեարկության ընթացքում զինծառայողների՝ հրամանատարների կողմից որոշակի քաղաքական ուժի օգտին քվեարկելու ուղղորդումների վերաբերյալ։

Նմանօրինակ բոլոր տեղեկությունները պաշտպանության նախարարությունում մանրամասն ուսումնասիրության են ենթարկվում։ Առ այս պահը եղած հրապարակումներում առկա պնդումները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Ակնհայտ է, որ ուղղորդումների մասին պնդումները հիմնվում են բացառապես զինծառայողներին ընտրական տեղամասեր համակարգված կերպով բերելու փաստի վրա, իսկ հրապարակումներին կից տեսանյութերն ասվածի վկայությունն են. այդ տեսանյութերում ընդամենը պատկերված են ընտրական տեղամասերի մոտ գտնվող զինծառայողներ, իսկ ուղղորդումների մասին պնդումներն այդ տեսանյութերի հեղինակների ենթադրություններն են, որոնք զուրկ են որևէ հիմնավոր փաստարկից։

Ավելին, այս պահին առկա՝ ուղղորդումների վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներում նշված ընտրատեղամասերում, ընտրական հանձնաժողովների կողմից, զինծառայողների քվեարկության հետ կապված խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել։

Հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ ժամկետային զինծառայողներին քվեարկության համար խմբերով ընտրական տեղամասեր բերելը պայմանավորված է նրանց տեղաշարժը համակարգված կերպով իրականացնելու ծառայողական անհրաժեշտությամբ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նախընտրական գործընթացին և բուն քվեարկությանը, ապա առկա է պաշտպանության նախարարի համապատասխան հրաման, որով կտրականապես արգելվում է զինծառայողների շրջանում նախընտրական քարոզչություն իրականացնելն ու որևէ թեկնածուի օգտին քվեարկելու ուղղորդելը։

Համոզիչ կերպով կոչ ենք անում ձեռնպահ մնալ զինծառայողների քվեարկության վերաբերյալ անհիմն, չփաստարկված պնդումներից։ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը շարունակում է դիտարկել քվեարկության ընթացքը՝ զինծառայողների քվեարկության հետ կապված ահազանգերն ուսումնասիրելու համար։
