Հունիսի 20-ին՝ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրությունների քվեարկության օրը Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը 15։00-ի դրությամբ ստացվել է ընտրական գործընթացին վերաբերող 59 ահազանգ ու դիմում, ուսումնասիրվել է սոցիալական ցանցերի ու լրատվամիջոցների 570 հրապարակում։

Աշխատակազմի թեժ գծին ստացված ահազանգերը հիմնականում վերաբերել են ընտրատեղամասի մատչելիությանը, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձի տեղամասային կենտրոններ ինքնուրույն ներկայանալու անհնարինությանը, ընտրողների լրացուցիչ ցուցակներում ընդգրկելու խնդրին,քվեարկության կարգի խախտմանը և այլն։

Սոցիալական ցանցերի ու լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումներով ավելի հաճախ արձանագրված խնդիրների թվում են քվեաթերթիկի տրամադրման կարգի խախտումները, քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում՝ զինծառայողների, ուղղորդված քվեարկության դեպքերը, քվեաթերթիկների սահմանված ձևի խախտումները և այլն։

Ահազանգերով և մշտադիտարկման արդյունքների հիման վրա Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն իրականացրել են մի քանի արագ արձագանքում, այդ թվում՝ արագ արձագանքման այցեր: Մասնավորապես, տարբեր հարցերի վերաբերյալ քննարկումներ են իրականացվել և պարզաբանումներ ստացվել Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովից, Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից, Նորքի տուն-ինտերնատից: Իրականացվել են այցեր Ոստիկանության բաժիններ, այդ թվում՝ արագ արձագանքման այցեր Ոստիկանության մարզային ստորաբաժանումներ: Ըստ անհրաժեշտության կապ է հաստատվել նաև իրավապաշտպան հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ: Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել դիտորդների ու լրագրողների անխոչընդոտ աշխատանքների ապահովման հարցերին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ ստեղծված աշխատանքային խումբը վաղ առավոտից իրականացնում է ընտրական գործընթացի անկախ դիտարկում է ինչպես աշխատակազմի կենտրոնական, այնպես էլ Շիրակի, Գեղարքունիքի, Սյունիքի և Տավուշի մարզային ստորաբաժանումներում:

Նշված մարզերից բացի, աշխատանքային խմբի ներկայացուցիչներ են գործուղվել Սյունիքի մարզ Վայոց ձորի և Սյունիքի մարզերի ընտրական իրավունքներին առնչվող հնարավոր բողոքները տեղում ուսումնասիրելու և ըստ անհրաժեշտության՝ արագ արձագանքելու նպատակով:

Օրվա ընթացքում՝ զուգահեռաբար, ամփոփվում են ահազանգերով ու հրապարակումների հիման վրա ձեռնարկած քայլերը, ստուգողական աշխատանքները:
