Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարած թիմը Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ գյուղից , որի մի հատվածը հանձնվել է թշնամուն, երեկ կայացած քվեարկությամբ ստացել է ընտրողների առավելագույն ձայնը:

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Շուռնուխի գյուղապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանն ասաց, որ պատկերացնում էր, որ գյուղից կլինեն մարդիկ, ում համար հաճելի է Ադրբեջանի ներկայությունը։

Նա հիշեցրեց, լրատվականներից մեկի տեսանյութը, երբ գյուղի խանութպան կինն ասում է, թե իր համար ի՞նչ տարբերություն՝ գյուղից իր խանութից թո՞ւրքն առևտուր կանի, թե՞ հայը։

«Այդ ձայների մեծ թիվը պայմանավորված է նաև զինվորների մասնակցությամբ։ Այո, մտածում եմ, որ ձայների այս տարբերությունը եղել է զինվորականների կողմից։ Դե այդ երեխեքն ամեն մեկը մի տան ճրագ են, նրանց մասին ես բան չեմ կարող ասել՝ ո՛չ ավել, ո՛չ պակաս, ամեն մեկը մի տան բալա են։ Իսկ գյուղում հեշտ է, մարդկանց լավ գիտենք, գիտենք՝ ով ինչ է շնչում։ Մի մասը կարող է զուտ իր անձնականն առաջ տանել, նրանց ո՛չ հայրենիք, ո՛չ պետականություն պետք չէ։   Գիտակից մարդը ստեղծված իրավիճակը հասկանալով՝ նրան չէր կարող ձայն տալ։ Սա հերթական հարված էր ինձ, որը եթե ինձ չեկավ՝ ուղղակի կզարմանամ»,- նշեց Հակոբ Արշակյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արսեն Թորոսյանի գրառմանը, թե այն համայնքապետերը, որոնք հարել են այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժին, ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքները պետք է ազդակ լինեն նրանց հետագա ղեկավարման համար, Հակոբ Արշակյանն ասաց, որ այժմ չի բացառում, որ իշխանություններն այս կամ այն կերպ կփորձեն իրեն սադրել։

«Ինքս որևէ կուսակցության ու անձի չեմ սատարում, ես ուղղակի այս իշխանության վարած քաղաքականությանը դեմ եմ։ Իմ երկու աղջիկները 2018 թվականին մասնակցում էին հեղափոխությանը, ես երբեք նրանց հետ 3 րոպե չեմ խոսել, որովհետև տարաձայնություն պետք է առաջանար։ Իսկ այժմ իմ երկու աղջիկներն ինձանից հազար անգամ ներողություն են խնդրել, որ մասնակցել են այդ շարժմանը։ Նրանք հասկացել են, որ այս  իշխանությունն ի վիճակի չէ տիրապետել իրավիճակին»,- հավելեց Հակոբ Արշակյանը։

Հարցին՝ ի՞նչ է սպասվում Շուռնուխին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարմամբ Հայաստանում, Հակոբ Արշակյանը պատասխանեց, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունը և թշնամին կփորձեն երկուստեք բարիդրացիական հարաբերություններ  և  սերտ կապեր հաստատել։

Ճշտող հարցին՝ շուռնուխցին պատրա՞ստ է  ադրբեջանցու հետ կողք կողքի ապրել, Հակոբ Արշակյանը հարցով պատասխանեց. «Ի՞նչ կարծիք ունեք իմ մասին։ Փառք Աստծո, իմ հայրը՝ Աստված հոգին լուսավորի, ինձ այնպես է դաստիարակել, որ երբեք ես իմ սկզբունքներին չդավաճանեմ։ Չեմ ցանկանում, որ հորս հոգին անհանգիստ լինի»։
