«Ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզները պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող ինֆորմացիաներ են՝ ասաց ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Միքայել Համբարձումյանը՝ նշելով, որ այդ քարտեզները գտնվում են ՊՆ տնօրինման ներքո։ Սակայն և՛ նա, և՛ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հրաժարվեցին այս թեմայով խոսել՝ նշելով, որ այդ քարտեզներին «դոստուպ» ունեցել են միայն այն մարդիկ, ովքեր լիազորված են եղել տիրապետելու պետական գաղտնի ինֆորմացիայի։ Իսկ կա՞ իրավունք՝ դրանք հանձնելու թշնամուն։ «Ես չգիտեմ, հարցրեք ՊՆ-ին։ Դուք մտածում եք, որ ես գաղտնի ինֆորմացիայի մասին պիտի խոսե՞մ»,- ասաց Օհանյանը։

Հիշեցնենք․ անցած շաբաթ օրը հայ ռազմագերիների 15 հոգանոց խումբ վերադարձավ՝ կրկին ականապատման քարտեզների հանձնման դիմաց. այս անգամ՝ Ֆիզուլիի ու Զանգելանի շրջանների ականապատ դաշտերի, շաբաթներ առաջ էլ գերիների մի խմբի դիմաց ադրբեջանական կողմին էր հանձնվել Ակնայի քարտեզը։

Ի դեպ, մասնագետներն իշխանության այս քայլը գնահատում են որպես Քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված պետական դավաճանություն՝ «թշնամու կողմն անցնելը, լրտեսությունը, օտարերկրյա պետությանը կամ օտարերկրյա կազմակերպությանը կամ դրանց ներկայացուցիչներին պետական գաղտնիք հանձնելը․․․ որը կատարել է ՀՀ քաղաքացին՝ ի վնաս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային անձեռնմխելիության կամ արտաքին անվտանգության, պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ 10-15 տարի ժամկետով՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա»:

Սակայն այս օրերին ե՛ւ ԱՄՆ-ի, ե՛ւ Ֆրանսիայի կողմից հնչեցին հայտարարություններ, որտեղ նրանք «ողջունում են մարդասիրական ականազերծումը դյուրացնելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանին տեղեկություններ փոխանցելու Հայաստանի որոշումը»»,-գրում է թերթը։
