Տիգրան Ավինյանն իր մտերիմ մարդկանցից մեկին՝ Վարագ Սիսեռյանին, մասնավոր ոլորտ է տեղափոխել: Սակայն մենք տեղեկացանք, որ այսքանով ամեն ինչ չի ավարտվում, եւ հենց այդ մասնավոր ոլորտ է ցանկանում տեղափոխվել Տիգրան Ավինյանը, այդ պատճառով էլ արդեն իր մտերիմ անձին տեղափոխել է այնտեղ: Խոսքը կապի ծառայություն մատուցող ընկերություններից մեկն է, որտեղ Ավինյանն իրեն տեսնում է ղեկավարի պաշտոնում, եւ նշանակվելուց հետո իր կողքը կհավաքի իր թիմակիցներին, որոնց հետ աշխատել է կառավարությունում»:
