Քաղաքական դաշտում տիրող ներկայիս իրավիճակն, ինչ խոսք, ամենանախանձելիներից չէ: Կարճ ժամանակում միավորված ոչ իշխանական ուժերը թերեւս փորձում են իշխանությունների հետ խոսել ոչ ստանդարտ եւ ավելի շատ պարտադրողական ոճով, սակայն… Սակայն ինչպես տեսնում ենք ընդդիմադիր հայացքներ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերի պահանջարկ-առաջարկներն իշխանությունների մեկ ականջից մտնում եւ մյուսից դուրս են գալիս: Հավանաբար դա է պատճառը, որ միավորված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են բոյկոտել իշխանական ցանկացած գաղափար կամ ծրագիր:
Այսպիսով, օրերս Երեւան քաղաքի ավագանու նիստի ժամանակ ԲՀԿ-ական ահել-ջահելները խմբակցության ղեկավար Թամարա Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ բոյկոտեցին եւ լքեցին նիստերի դահլիճը, պատճառը՝ նոյեմբերի 27-ին Երեւանի ավագանու քննարկմանը ներկայացված քաղաքապետարանի եւ վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի պաշտոնային դրույքաչափերի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ նախագիծն էր, որի համաձայն, հունվարի 1-ից 1782 հաստիքային միավորների աշխատավարձը կբարձրացվի միջինը 15 տոկոսով, ինչպես նաեւ կբարձրացվեն քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության գրադարանների եւ մանկապարտեզների աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը, համապատասխանաբար՝ 25 եւ 20 տոկոսով:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակի եւ ԲՀԿ ավագանիների պահվածքի վերաբերյալ Orer.am-ը մեկնաբանություն ստացավ ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ մամլո խոսնակ Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանից.
«Բոյկոտել են, շատ լավ են արել, որովհետեւ քաղաքապետը խոսում է 7 հազար հոգու մասին եւ այս դեպքում խմբակցության ղեկավարը խոսք է ուզում ասել, շտկելով քաղաքապետին, որ ոչ թե 7 000, այլ մոտ 1700 աշխատակիցների մասին է խոսքը գնում, եւ այս պարագայում մարդուն զրկում են խոսքից: Զրկում են՝ բոյկոտում են, ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը գնում: Խոսքը վերաբերվել է քաղաքապետարանի եւ առհասարակ վարչական ապարատի աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացմանը, այն պարագայում, երբ միջոցները չեն հերիքում բազմաթիվ սոցիալական ուղղությունների համար: ԲՀԿ-ն դեմ է քվերակել քաղաքապետի եւ քաղաքապետի աշխատակազմի թվով 1782 աշխատավարձների բարձրացմանը»:
Իսկ այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք նման քայլով ԲՀԿ ավագանիները փորձել էին շեշտադրել ու ցույց տալ իրենց ընդդիմադիր կեցվածքը, Տ. Ուրիխանյանը նշեց. «Մենք ինչ-որ բան ցույց տալու համար առհասարակ ոչինչ չենք անում, մենք գործում ենք խնդրի շուրջ բովանդակության վերաբերյալ»:
Այս պարագայում ամեն ինչ պարզ է, ԲՀԿ-ական ավագանիների նման պահվածքը թերեւս վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին, նրանք ցանկանում են որդեգրել իրենց կուսակից պատգամավորների շատ անգամ չնայվող գործելաոճը: Չնայած, որ հարձակման մեկնարկը տրված է, այնուամենայնիվ մեկ նկատառում՝ ամեն ինչ պետք է սկսել առոգանությամբ, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ բղավելով տեքստեր ընթերցելուց եւ իշխանավորների նյարդերը սղոցելուց:
