Մ-4 միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի 73.2- 83.12 կմ՝ Ծովագյուղից մինչեւ Դիլիջանի թունելի սկիզբն ընկած Ճանապարհահատվածի վերանորոգման հետեւանքով հուլիսի 15-ից մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 1-ն այդ ճանապարհահատվածում ավտոտրանսպորտային երթեւեկությունը դադարեցված է ։
Այդ աշխատանքների ընթացքում գործում է այլընտրանքային երթուղի, որը անցնում է Ծովագյուղ եւ Սեմյոնովկա համայնքներով, այսինքն՝ այս պահին գործում է ճանապարհի այն հատվածը, որով երթևեկում էինք նախքան թունելի շահագործումը:
Շինարարները Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կողմից խիստ հանձնարարական են ստացել, որ աշխատանքերը պետք է կատարեն որակով, հակառակ դեպքում կառավարությունը խիստ վերաբերմունք կցուցաբերի անորակ աշխատանքներ կատարելու համար:
Այս հերոսապատումը, անշուշտ, հուզիչ է և, թերևս, առ կառավարություն սերս մի քանի արցունքագնդերի պատճառ կդառնար, եթե Դիլիջանի թունելի աշխատանքներին ծանոթանալուց և անորակ շինարարության հեռանկարի վրա մի լավ մատ թափ տալուց հետո կառավարության ղեկավարը չմեկներ Լոռու մարզ, որտեղ նրան միացել են Լոռու մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանը, Լոռու մարզի ԱԺ պատգամավոր ընտրված Էդմոն Մարուքյանը և այլ անձինք:
Լավ, ենթադրենք, որ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Վանաձոր է մեկնել ուղղաթիռով կամ առիթ չի ունեցել մարզ այցելության ժամանակ երթևեկել Վանաձոր - Ալավերդի թունելով, ամեն օր մեքենայով երթևեկող Լոռու մարզպետ Նալբանդյանը որևէ ակնարկ արե՞լ է այն աղետալի իրավիճակի մասին, որում գտնվում են Ալավերդի - Վանաձոր թունելները անհիշելի ժամանակներից: Յուրաքանչյուր վարորդ, այդ թունելները բարեհաջող անցնելով, հիրավի մարդկային ողբերգություններ է կանխում: Եվ այստեղ խնդիրը բոլորովին թունելի ասֆալտապատման վիճակը չէ՝ մեկը վերանորոգված է, մյուսների վիճակը ՛՛փոսային՛՛ է. խնդիրն այն է, որ տասնամյակներ շարունակ մարդիկ զլացել են թունելն ապահովել լուսավորությամբ, և օրվա ցանկացած ժամի վարորդները ստիպված են ապավինելու սեփական ինտուիցիային և պապերի արյան մեջ բուի հնարավոր գեների առկայությանը:
Խնդիրը չափազանց լուրջ է, որի լուծված չլինելը ոչ այնքան ֆինանսների բացակայության, որքան պատասխանատուների անփութության հետ է կապված: Եթե կառավարությունը կարողացել է գումարներ հայթայթել այնպիսի ծախսատար նախագծի համար, ինչպիսին Դիլիջանի թունելի և Մ-4 միջպետական նշանակության ավտոճանապարհի դժվարանցանելի 73.2- 83.12 կմ-ի վերանորոգումն է, ապա անտրամաբանական է, որ վաղնջական ժամանակներից վարորդները խարխափում են Ալավերդի - Վանաձոր թունելներում: Եթե ինչ որ տեղ կարելի է շրջանցել թունելների փոսերը, ապա անհնար է առանց լուսավորության, որովհետև թունելում գոյություն ունեն ոլորապտույտ հատվածներ, ինչը առավել խավար է դարձնում թունելը և ՛՛հոտառությամբ՛՛ երթևեկելը դարձնում է առավել անհնար:
