Հեղուկ գազի գինը 10 օրում 180 դրամից հասել է 240-ի. ինչո՞վ է այն պայմանավորված

Վերջին շրջանում հեղուկ գազը Հայաստանում կտրուկ աճել է, 180-190 դրամից դառնալով 250-260 դրամ: Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն պարսյանը այս թանկացումը բացատրում է երկու գործոնով՝ պահանջարկ եւ մենաշնորհներ. «Մոտ 20 տարի է, ինչ վառելիքի շուկայում խաղի կանոնները թելադրում են երեք ներկրողներ՝ «Ֆլեշ»,CPS եւ «Մաքսօյլ»: Նրանք տարիներ շարունակ շուկան բաժանել են միմյանց միջեւ եւ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ իրականացնում են միասնական գնային քաղաքականություն. Միասին գները բարձրացնում եւ իջեցնում են: Այդ շուկան բենզին ու վառելիք ներկրողների ազդեցության տակ է գտնվում հիմա»,-ասաց նա:

Եթե ամիսներ առաջ գազի թանկացումը բացատրվում էր դրամի արժեզրկմամբ, այժմ դրամն արժեւորվում է, բայց գազը չի էժանանում. Ներկրողներն ասում են, որ ներկրված խմբաքանակը պետք է վաճառեն նույն գնով:

«Հիմա այս գնագոյացման պայմաններում մենք միշտ էլ շուկայականից բարձր գներ ենք ունենալու մեր շուկայում: Նրանք շահագրգռված չեն, որ գները լինեն մրցակցային, իրենք շուկան իրենց մեջ բաժանել են, նոր ներկրողներ չկան: Իսկ եթե մեկը փորձի ներկրել, նա չի կարող  վաճառել, քանի որ մանրածախ ցանցն էլ է իրենց ձեռքում գտնվում: Իսկ սեփական մանրածախ ցանցը ստեղծելու համար բավականին ժամանակ է պետք, եւ մեծ ներդրումներ են հարկավոր»,-նկատեց տնտեսագետը:

Այս պայմաններում նա կարեւորեց մրցակցության հանձնաժողովի եւ կառավարության դերը. «Հանձնաժողովը պետք է ուսումնասիրի շուկան, գտնի շուկայի վրա ազդող գործոնները եւ պարզի, թե որքան առողջ է մրցակցությունը: Կառավարությունն էլ պետք է  օրենքների փոփոխությամբ վերացնի մենաշնորհները, տարանջատի մեծածախ եւ մանրածախ առեւտուրը, ինչը չի արվում: Արդյունքում ուննում ենք մենաշնորհներ, շուկայում գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող կազմակերպություններ, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ մեծացնում են իրենց ազդեցությունը՝ իրենց  տնտեական ռեսուրսներով, այլ գործիքներով: Այստեղ իրենց ներկրելու մասով արտոնություն չեն տալիս, իրենք այնքան տնտեսականբ հզորություն ունեն, որ բոլոր փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսներին շուկայից դուրս են թողնում»:

Տնտեսականմրցակցության հանձնաժողովից NEWS.am-ին ասացին, որ գների վերահսկողություն իրականացվում է, երբ շուկայում առկա են գերիշխող սուբյեկտներ, կամ հակամրցակցային համաձայնություն, իսկ այդպիսիք, բնորոշ չեն մեր շուկային:

Նշենք, որ հեղուկ գազը Հայաստան ներկրվում է ՌԴ-ից եւ Իրանից: Ենթադրվում էր, որ դրամի արժեւորման եւ ռիալի արժեզրկման ֆոնին, իրանական գազը պետք է էժանանանր, սակայն դա տեղի չի ունենում:
