ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա գյուղից և սարատեղի կոչվող քաղաքացիական բնակավայրից ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը  ահազանգեր է  ստացել այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը այսօր վաղ առավոտյան՝ ժամը 03:30-03:40-ի սահմաններում սկսել են ինտենսիվ հրաձգություն:

Բոլոր ահազանգերն այն մասին են, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները կրակում են հենց ուղիղ իրենց բնակավայրերի վրա: Ըստ բնակիչների` գյուղի ուղղությամբ կրակոցները կանխվում են միայն ՀՀ զինված ուժերի պատասխան կրակոցների շնորհիվ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը վերջին օրերին պարբերաբար է բնակիչներից ստացնում ահազանգեր, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողներն անընդհատ կրակոցներ են արձակում Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա և Կութ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ` խաթարելով ողջ գյուղի խաղաղ կյանքը: Այդ կրակոցներն ամեն անգամ հնարավոր է լինում կանխել միայն ՀՀ զինծառայողների պատասխան կրակոցների շնորհիվ:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հատուկ է նշում, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի պարբերական դարձած այս հանցավոր արարքները կոպտորեն խախտում են Գեղարքունիքի գյուղերի քաղաքացիական բնակիչների կյանքի իրավունքն ու առողջությունը, խաթարում են խաղաղ կայնքը դեն, թույլ չեն տալիս գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվել:

Սույն հրատապ հաղորդագրությունը կուղարկվի միջազգային մարմիններին` նշելով ՀՀ գյուղերի վրա ադրբեջանական կրակոցները վճռական քայլերով կանխելու անհրաժեշտության մասին:
