Երեկ՝ հուլիսի 31-ին, մահվան ելքով ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում: Այս մասին  հատյտնում է shamshyan.com-ը:

Ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում «Դիլիջան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ բժիշկների հեթապահ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Խաչարձան գյուղ, որտեղ տղամարդու դի է  հայտնաբերվել:

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ մահացածը նույն գյուղի բնակիչ, 31-ամյա Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանն էր, ով իրեն պատկանող УАЗ մակնիշի առանց համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով Խաչարձան գյուղից  դեպի սար տանող անտառամիջյան ճանապարհով բարձրանալիս է եղել, ավտոմեքենան հետընթաց է  ունեցել ու շրջվել, գլորվելով ձորը, ինչի հետևանքով էլ Ս. Մովսիսյանը տեղում մահացել է: 

Փաստի առթիվ Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության  2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Էդգար Սուսլիյանի, դասակիր հրամանատար Կարեն Աբազյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Ոստիկանները, քննիչներն ու բժիշկները մոտ 800 մետր հատված ոտքով են մոտեցել վթարի վայրին, քանի որ ճանապարհն անանցանելի է եղել:
