Դատական դեպարտամենտի աշխատակազմը քաղաքացիական ծառայությունից անցում կկատարի դատական ծառայության: Այս մասին Արագածոտնի մարզում դատարանի նորանշանակ նախագահ Գոհարիկ Խաչատրյանին ներկայացնելիս՝ հայտնել է Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը։

«Մենք վերադառնում ենք հին համակարգին, որը ոչ միայն հնարավորություն կտա ավելի ճիշտ կազմակերպել մեր աշխատակազմերի աշխատանքները, այլ նաև կհանգեցնի դատարանների աշխատակազմերի աշխատավարձերի բարձրացմանը»,- նշել է Ջհանգիրյանը:

Սակայն, սպասվող միակ փոփոխությունը չէ: Առաջիկայում կլուծվի նաև դատավորների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման և թոշակի հարցը։ Այս մասին նշված է ԲԴԽ-ի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

«Սոցիալական ապահովության հարցը կլուծենք և ոչ միայն դատավորների, այլ նաև քննչական և դատախազական մարմինների աշխատակիցների: Ավելին ասեմ՝ գիտեք, որ հիմա ՍԴ քննարկվում է Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի սահամանադրականության հարցը: Նախագծում նշված է այդ դատարանների դատավորների ավելի բարձր վարձատրության հարցը, որն էլ հենց վիճարկվում է: Ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ աշնանը մենք կունենանք նախագիծ, որով դատավորների աշխատավարձերն էլ կբարձրանան: Եթե չհավասարվի Հակակոռոպցիոն դատարանի դատավորների աշխատավարձերին, ապա չնչին չափով ցածր կլինի»,- ասել է  Ջհանգիրյանը:
