Աշնանը ՀՀ մի շարք համայնքներում, այդ թվում՝ խոշոր քաղաքներում, սպասվում են ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ։ Մենք առիթ ունեցել ենք տեղեկացնելու, որ քաղաքական ուժերը, այդ թվում՝ ընդդիմադիր սեկտորը, բավական լուրջ է տրամադրված և պատրաստվում է ակտիվ ներգրավվել այդ գործընթացում: Այս օրերին մենք նոր տեղեկություններ ենք ստանում, որ ընդդիմադիր հիմնական ուժերը առանձին համայնքներում համամասնական ցուցակը գլխավորելու համար այնպիսի թեկնածուներ են քննարկում, որ այդ հանգամանքը էապես անհանգստացնում է իշխանությանը: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, իշխանական ուժը տեղերում լայնամասշտաբ աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում տարբեր ուղղություններով:

Բացի նրանից, որ փնտրում են առավել ընդունելի թեկնածուների, մյուս կողմից՝ շարունակում են փորձերը՝ ազատվելու անցանկալի համայնքապետներից և նշանակելու «սվոյ» ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարների՝ հետագայում ընտրություններն իրենց ձեռնտու հունով անցկացնելու նպատակով։ Սակայն, մեղմ ասած, ամեն տեղ չէ, որ ճնշման այդօրինակ մահակն աշխատում է: Կան նաև համայնքներ, որտեղ ղեկավարները գոնե առերևույթ չեզոք են, ու ավելորդ աղմուկ չբարձրացնելու համար նպատակահարմար չի համարվել նրանցից ազատվելը: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, այդ համայնքապետների հետ իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչները փորձում են «աշխատանքներ» տանել և համոզել՝ ընտրություններին իշխանության թիմի հետ համագործակցել։

Ընդ որում, հատկապես խոշոր համայնքներում առաջարկվում է երկու տարբերակ՝ կա՛մ հանդես գալ որպես ՔՊ-ի համամասնական ցուցակի առաջին համար, կա՛մ պարզապես չառաջադրվել ոչ մի ցուցակով, բայց աջակցել իշխող կուսակցությանը՝ հետագայում «նորմալ» պաշտոն ստանալու հեռանկարով: Զուգահեռ, իշխանությունները իրենց «մարզային» մի քանի պատգամավորների փորձում են համոզել, որ նրանք խոշոր համայնքներում գլխավորեն ՔՊԿ ցուցակը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, որոշ տեղերում փորձում են արտախորհրդարանական իրենց սատելիտ ուժերին ընդգրկել ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում:
