ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը նախօրեին այցելել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղամասար խոշորացված համայնքի տարբեր բնակավայրերի՝ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից հրդեհված արոտավայրեր․

«Պատկերն իսկապես սահմռկեցուցիչ էր։ Ադրբեջանցիները մեր բնակիչների ողջ տարվա անասնակերը մի քանի ակնթարթում ոչնչացրել էին։ Եվ այս հանցագործությունն իրականացնում են ս.թ. մայիսի 12-ից ՀՀ տարածք ներխուժած ադրբեջանական ուժերը:

Ինչպես արդեն ահազանգել էի, ադրբեջանցիները այրել էին ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սոթք, Կութ, Ազատ, Նորաբակ համայնքներին մոտ գտնվող տարածքների խոտածածկույթը։ Տխուր է արձանագրել, որ հրդեհից տուժել են նաև այն քաղաքացիները, որոնց անասունները ադրբեջանցիները հափշտակել և առ այսօր չեն վերադարձրել։
Ադրբեջանական հանցագործությունների պատճառով սահմանամերձ մեր այս համայնքների բնակիչները փաստացի զրկված են իրենց հայրենիքում կյանքի, խաղաղ ապրելու, ազատ տեղաշարժվելու, սեփականության իրավունքներից: Բացի այդ, բնակիչները զրկվել են նաև ապրուստի միջոցից: Ադրբեջանական ուժերը ստեղծում են վախի մթնոլորտ համայնքի բնակիչների և հատկապես երեխաների համար՝ հերթական անպատասխան մարտահրավերը նետելով միջազգային կառույցներին:

Ադրբեջանական հանցավոր գործողությունների վերաբերյալ հերթական գրությունն առաջիկա օրերին կուղարկեմ միջազգային կառույցներին: ՀՀ խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ ուղղված այս հանցագործությունները պետք է խստորեն դատապարտվեն մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում գործող միջազգային համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից, որոնք իրենց իրավասության սահմաններում պետք է իրականացնեն բոլոր հնարավոր և անհրաժեշտ քայլերը՝ ի պաշտպանություն ՀՀ սահմանամերձ համայնքների քաղաքացիական բնակչության հիմնարար իրավունքների պաշտպանության:
Ի դեպ, ադրբեջանցիների կողմից գողացված անասունների հարցը բարձրաձայնել եմ վարչապետին, բայց, ցավոք, առարկայական պատասխան չեմ ստացել այն մասին, թե երբ է տրվելու փոխհատուցում և, առհասարակ, տրվելու՞ է, թե՞ ոչ։ Կառավարությունից արձագանք չկա նաև գյուղացիներին այրված խոտհարքների համար փոխհատուցում տրամադրելու մասին: Իսկ վարկային պարտավորությունները, որոնք մեր հայրենակիցները ստանձնել են անասուններ գնելու նպատակով, ոչ մի զիջման չեն արժանացել։
Հետևողական եմ լինելու, որ քաղաքացիները ստանան արժանապատիվ փոխհատուցում»,-հայտնում է պատգամավորը:
