«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Դեռեւս հուլիսի 26-ին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության կենտրոնական գրասենյակում շուրջ երկու ժամ տեւած հանդիպմանը որոշում էր կայացվել, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողով պետք է ստեղծվի: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի լավատեղյակ աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման փաստաթուղթն արդեն պատրաստ է, խորհրդարանի իշխանական ֆրակցիայի անդամներն արդեն ստորագրել են դիմումը՝ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու վերաբերյալ:

Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծման եւ բոլոր մնացած հարցերով անձամբ զբաղվում է ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը: Նրա վերահսկողության տակ է գտնվելու հանձնաժողովը, ու իր ղեկավարած հանձնաժողովի անդամներն էլ քննելու են 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները: Նշենք, որ հանձնաժողովի անդամներն են ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը, Վիլեն Գաբրիելյանը, Արմեն Խաչատրյանը, Գագիկ Մելքոնյանը, Քրիստինե Պողոսյանը, Հայկ Սարգսյանը, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Գեղամ Նազարյանը, Գեղամ Մանուկյանը, Արթուր Ղազինյանը եւ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը: Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովում իշխանությունը նպատակ ունի ներգրավել նաեւ արտախորհրդարանական ուժերին, հիմա այդ հարցի հետ կապված քննարկումներ են ընթանում: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ հանձնաժողովի ձեւավորումից հետո նիստերը փակ գաղտնի չեն լինելու, ինչպես Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովի դեպքում:

Թե երբ կսկսի հանձնաժողովն իր աշխատանքները, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները որեւէ տեղեկություն չունեն: Մենք երեկ փորձեցինք այս հարցերի շուրջ զրուցել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հետ, սակայն ապարդյուն. վերջինս հեռախոսազանգերին չպատասխանեց։
