Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական մայրուղու Քարահունջ-Որոտան տեղամասում ադրբեջանական ոստիկանական կետի տեղակայումը գալիս է լրացնելու ավելի վաղ այդ հատվածում քարի արգելապատնեշների տեղակայմանը, ինչը ստիպում է այդտեղով երթևեկող վարորդների էապես սահմանափակելու արագությունը։
Հիշեցնեմ, որ բետոնե արգելապատնեշներ տեղակայվել է նաև նույն մայրուղու Շուռնուխ-Կարմրաքար տեղամասում և չի բացառվում, որ այդտեղ էլ ադրբեջանական ոստիկանական կետ կտեղակայվի։
 
Այս թեմայի հետ կապված ուշագրավ է Սյունիքի մարզպետի այն հայտարարությունը, թե «ռուս և ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահներն են այդ հատվածում հսկողություն իրականացնում» (մարզպետի պարզաբանումներն ամբողջությամբ կտեղադրեմ գրառմանս մեկնաբանություններում)։
 
Ինչպիսի՞ հսկողություն են իրականացնում այդ հատվածում ռուս և ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահները, որն է դրանում Ադրբեջանի դերը և իրականում ի՞նչ վերջնանպատակ է ենթադրում։ Հարցեր, որոնք պատասխաններ այս պահին չունեն, սակայն շատ կարևոր կլինեին հասկանալու, թե առաջիկայում ինչ նոր մարտահրավերների առաջ ենք կանգնելու:
 
Ադրբեջանցիների՝ այդ հատվածում ակտիվությունը ստիպում է մտածել, որ կա նախապես գծված սցենար և ադրբեջանցիները շարժվում են դրանով, որից ամենայն հավանականությամբ տեղյակ են նաև հայաստանյան իշխանությունները։
 
Արդյո՞ք Հայաստանի քաղաքացին ունի երաշխիք, թե ինչ որ մի օր Ադրբեջանն այդ հատվածներում անձնագրային կամ մեկ այլ տիպի ռեժիմ չի սահմանի, իհարկե չունի։
 
Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանն ամենատարբեր նկատառումներով կարող է այդ ճանապարհը վերջնականապես փակել և լուրջ խնդիրներ ստեղծել։
Իսկ դրանք միայն անվտանգային սպառնալիքներով չի սահմանափակվելու։
 
Իշխանությունն այս սպառնալիքներին հակադրում է արդեն իսկ տարբեր առիթներով հնչեցրած գիծը՝ դա ադրբեջանական տարածք է, ինչ ուզում անում են։
Իսկ թե այդ ամենի հետևանքով Հայաստանն ինչ նոր վտանգների առաջ է կանգնում, իշխանությանը ոչ միայն չի հուզում, այլ այդ ուղղությամբ համարժեք քայլեր չեն իրականացվում։
