Արևմուտքի օգնությամբ Հայաստանում իշխանությունը բռնազավթած Փաշինյան Նիկոլը Հայաստանին և Հայ ժողովրդին պարտադրում է ընդունել և համակերպվել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից մեզ պարտադրված օրակարգին. այն է՝ թուրքական և ադրբեջանական պայմաններով հաշտության և խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը, որտեղ Հայ ազգը պետք է մոռանա 20-րդ դարի սկզբին թուրքերի կողմից Արևմտյան Հայաստանում իրականացված ցեղասպանությունը, Հայ ազգն ու Հայաստանը պետք է ճանաչեն այսօրվա Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, որն ամբողջությամբ ընդգրկում է և մեր Սուրբ Արցախը:
Վերոնշյալ հակազգային և հակապետական ստորացուցիչ հաշտության և խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման արդյունքում՝ Հայաստանն ամբողջությամբ կվերածվի թուրքական վիլայեթի՝ շատ կարճ ժամանակում կլանվելով Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից:

Ցավալիորեն, Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտի նույնիսկ ընդդիմադիր համարվող հատվածը խոսում է Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ այսպես կոչված «արժանապատիվ» հաշտության և խաղաղության մասին, մինչդեռ ակնհայտ է, որ ոչ մի հաշտություն կամ խաղաղություն չի կարող լինել Հայաստանի և Հայաստանը ոչնչացնող՝ Հայաստանի ու Հայ ազգի թշնամի-հակառակորդների միջև, որոնց նպատակը դարեր շարունակ եղել և մնում է Հայաստանի ու Հայ ժողովրդի ֆիզիկական ոչնչացումը՝ Արևմտյան և Արևելյան Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքը հռչակելով իրենց պատմական հայրենիք:

«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է, որ Հայաստանի և Հայ ժողովրդի համար ոչ մի պարագայում և ոչ մի պայմանով չի կարող ընդունելի լինել Հայ ազգի դարավոր թշնամի-հակառակորդներ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ հաշտեցում ու խաղաղություն, և մենք, ամբողջ Հայ ազգով, պետք է ամենօրյա ռեժիմով պատրաստվենք Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից մոտ ապագայում կրկին մեր դեմ սանձազերծվող պատերազմներին դիմակայելուն, թշնամի-հակառակորդներին հակահարված տալուն և ԱՍՏԾՈ կողմից Հայերիս տրված Հայկական բարձրավանդակն ու Հայ ազգը պաշտպանելուն:

Մերժելով Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ հաշտության և խաղաղության ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն՝ մենք կոչ ենք անում Քրիստոսապաշտ, ընտանիքապաշտ, իրենց հերոսների շիրիմների առաջ միշտ խոնարհվող հայրենասեր քաղաքացիներին. ՊԱՏՐԱՍՏՎԵ՛Ք ԹՈւՐՔԵՐԻ (ԱԴՐԲԵՋԱՆՑԻՆԵՐԻ) ԵՎ ԹՈւՐՔԱՀՊԱՏԱԿ ՀԱՅ ՏԱԿԱՆՔՆԵՐԻ ԴԵՄ ՎԵՐՋՆԱԿԱՆ, ՀԱՂԹԱԿԱՆ ՊԱՅՔԱՐԻՆ Ու ՍՈւՐԲ ՀԱՂԹԱՆԱԿԻՆ:
