«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ իշխանությունն ամեն ձեւով ցանկանում է ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը «լուծարել»: Նպատակ է դրված, որ խմբակցության այն պատգամավորները, ովքեր այս պահին կալանքի տակ են գտնվում, հրաժարվեն իրենց պատգամավորական մանդատներից ու դուրս գան քաղաքականությունից:

Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այժմ իշխությունը լծված է բժիշկ Արմեն Չարչյանին «չեզոքացնելու» ու նրան քաղաքականությունից հեռացնելու գործին: Նշենք, որ թեեւ նրա առողջական վիճակը ծայրահեղ վատ է, բայց նա պահվում է կալանքի տակ: Իշխանության մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ օրերս անգամ բանագնաց են ուղարկել հիվանդանոց՝ Չարչյանի մոտ, որ նրան համոզեն դուրս գալ քաղաքականությունից: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, եւ դա տարօրինակ է, որ բանագնացը եղել է Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանը:

Վերջինս Չարչյանին հորդորել է հրաժարվել պատգամավորական մանդատից ու զբաղվել բժշկությամբ, որի դիմաց իշխանությունը կմոռանա իր դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը: Չարչյանը, սակայն, կտրականապես մերժել է: Մենք երեք օր շարունակ փորձում ենք այս հարցի շուրջ զրուցել Վիտալի Բալասանյանի հետ, սակայն վերջինս մեր հեռախոսազանգերին չի պատասխանում:

Մենք փորձեցինք այս հարցի հետ կապված զրուցել նաեւ Արմեն Չարչյանի փաստաբան Էրիկ Ալեքսանյանի հետ՝ պարզելու համար՝ արդյոք Բալասանյանն այցելել է Չարչյանին: «Ես նման տեղեկություններ չունեմ, պարոն Չարչյանի հետ ամեն օր եմ հանդիպում, բայց ինքը ինձ նման տեղեկություն չի փոխանցել: Ասեմ ավելին՝ պարոն Չարչյանին իմանալով՝ նա ինչ-որ բանի դիմաց ինչ-որ գործողությունների չէր գնա, բայց ես այլ տեղեկություններ չունեմ»,-եզրափակեց փաստաբանը:
