Արթուր Ղազինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Երեկ ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակում տեղի ունեցավ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հանդիպումը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հետ: Նույն օրը համանախագահները և ԵԱՀԿ նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչը հանդիպել են ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի քաղաքական և խաղաղության կառուցման հարցերով տեղակալի հետ:
 
Առաջին հայացքից սովորական թվացող այս նորությունն իրականում կրում է լրջագույն աշխարհաքաղաքական և տարածաշրջանային ենթատեքստ:
 
Բանը նրանումն է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը վերջին 10 ամիսներին չէր դադարում կրկնել, որ Արցախի հարցն այլևս լուծված է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն այլևս անելիք չունի, Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարց օրակարգում չկա:
 
Մինչդեռ երեկ նստելով բանակցությունների սեղանին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջավայրում Ալիևը խելոք ընդունեց, որ Արցախի հարցը լուծված չէ, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն անելիք ունի, իսկ Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցն օրակարգում է, ինչի համար, իհարկե, վաղ թե ուշ պետք է պատասխան տա իր քաղաքացիների առջև:
 
Հետաքրքիր էր Հայաստանի իշխանության և անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարքագիծն ու դիրքորոշումը նշված հարցերի վերաբերյալ:
 
Վերջին 10 ամիսների ընթացքում Փաշինյանը՝ չխոսելով Արցախի կարգավիճակի մասին, չընդունելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջանների օկուպացիայի փաստը, հրաժարվելով այցելել Արցախ, առաջ մղելով Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղություն հաստատելու, սահմանների դեմարկացիայի ու դելիմիտացիայի օրակարգը, փաստացի լրացրել և լիգիտիմացրել է Ալիևի որդեգրած այս կուրսը:
 
Սա իմ և հասարակության հարյուր հազարավոր քաղաքացիների կողմից որակվել է ազգային շահերի դավաճանություն, թշնամու շահերին ծառայելու և նրա օրակարգը սպասարկելու վարքագիծ:
 
Սակայն երեկ Փաշինյանի մոտ մտքի ճառագայթում տեղի ունեցավ և նա հանկարծակի հիշեց Արցախի կարգավիճակի կարևորությունը, հիշեց Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի շրջանների օկուպացիայի մասին, հիշեց պատերազմի ընթացքում գործած հանցանքների մասին, ուժի սպառնալիքի անթույլատրելիության մասին՝ չմոռանալով պտտեցնել արդեն որակազրկված «տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատելու» իր անշրջելի հանձնառության մասին:
 
Թե ինչով էր պայմանավորված Փաշինյանի այս 180 աստիճան տրանսֆորմացիան, պարզ կդառնա առաջիկա ամիսների ընթացքում, բայց այն, որ Ալիևի ու Փաշինյանի միջև սև կատու է անցել, արդեն պարզ է:
 
Այս տրամաբանության մեջ պետք է փնտրել Ալիևի նախօրեին արած Փաշինյանի համար խիստ վտանգավոր բացահայտումների պատճառները:
Եթե առաջիկայում չկարգավորվեն նրանց հարաբերությունները և Փաշինյանը չվերադառնա Ադրբեջանի շահերը սպասարկու իր ավանդական վարքագծին, մեզ սպասում են նոր, շատ ավելի լուրջ բացահայտումներ՝ օպերատիվ կապի» շրջանակներում ձեռք բերված գաղտնի պայմանավորվածությունների մասին:
 
Հ.Գ. Նախկինում ասել եմ, հիմա էլ կրկնեմ. Ադրբեջանը վաղ թե ուշ ենթարկվելու է միջազգային շատ խիստ պատասխանատվության իր գործած հանցանքների ու սխալների համար: Եթե Հայաստանում շուտ փոխվի իշխանությունը և հաստատվի ազգային և պետական շահի վրա հիմնված իշխանություն, հաստատվի հայկական պահանջատիրության օրակարգ, այս պատասխանատվությունը վրա կհասնի շատ ավելի շուտ:
