Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

«Դուխ» ունեցողն Ալիևի ու Էրդողանի նվաստացումներին կպատասխանի,այլ ոչ թե ընդդիմության նկատմամբ «հաղթանակներով կհպարտանա»։

«Եթե ընդդիմությունը միայն խորոված էին անում, ինչո՞ւ էիր փախել բունկեր։ Եթե մարդիկ կարող են ասել՝ «հաղթում ենք», «այս պահին դրվում է Արցախի բանակի հաղթանակի վերջնական հիմքերը», «ես առանց ձեզ ասելու որևէ հարց չեմ լուծի» ու ստորագրի կապիտուլյացիա, ի՞նչ կարող ես ասել այդ մարդուն։ Մի մարդ, որը վախենում է Շուշին ու Հադրութը օկուպացված անվանել, խոսում է ընդդիմության խորովածից։ Չարախնդացող եք, գնացեք Ալիևին չարախնդացեք․ ինչ ասես ձեր շեֆին ասաց, ինչ ասես հայ ժողովրդին ասաց։ Ինչո՞ւ եք չարախնդում, որ Հադրութում ու Շուշիում թուրքե՞ր են։ Փոխարենը իր սեփական երկրում հաղթանակների է նայում։ Ընդդիմությունը հաջողություն չունեցավ, դրանից Հայաստանը շահե՞ց։ Հակակապիտուլայցին պայքարի անհաջողությունը Հայաստանի անհաջողությունն է։ Հաղթեիք դիվանագիտական դաշտում, ոչ թե Վրաստանի վարչապետին խնդրեք, որ Էրդողանն ընդունի։ Քաղաքական մուրացկանները խոսում են հաղթանակներից»,- նշեց նա։

Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի խոսքով՝ սա սոսկ իշխանություն-ընդդիմություն պայքար չէ։

«Սա ազգային արժանապատվության պայքար է։ Մի կողմում ազգային մտածող, Հայաստանը փրկել փորձող մարդիկ են, մյուս կողմում՝ Հայաստանը թուրքական հպատակության տակ տանող իշխանություն։ Եթե սա լիներ ընդդիմություն-իշխանություն պայքար, ես չէի լինի փողոցում։ Ես նախկինում էլ եմ ասել՝ թող ինքը հեռանա վարչապետի պաշտոնից, փասա-փուսան հավաքի գնա, ես քաղաքականությամբ չեմ զբաղվի»,- ընդգծեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը։

Նույն հարցի շուրջ մեզ հետ զրուցյում Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության քարտուղար Արծվիկ Մինասյանն ասաց, որ իշխանությունը փորձում է ընդդիմությանը վերագրել այն, ինչն իրենց է հատուկ։  Իսկ պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանն ասաց․ «Վարչապետի աթոռը զբաղեցնողի ուղեղի ծալքերը բավարարում են միայն խորովածի մասին մտածելու և ամեն ինչ խորովածով չափելու համար։ Երեք տարի խորովածով չափելով՝ երկիրը կործանման տարան»։

Հավելենք, որ հեղափոխության ընթացքում և դրանից փողոց հաճախի խորոված անող իշխանության մի քանի ներկայացուցիչներ վերջերս նշում են ընդդիմության ստեղծած միակ արժեքը փողոցում խորոված անելն է։
