Ռամզան Քադիրովը հանդիսանում է վառ և հետաքրքիր անհատականություն` ոչ միայն որպես քաղաքական գործիչ, այլև որպես ընտանիքի հայր, ամուսին և անհատ: Քադիրովի բնավորության որոշ տարօրինակությունները հետաքրքիր են դարձնում թե′ նրա քաղաքական, թե′ անձնական կյանքը: Որպես Չեչնիայի Հանրապետության ղեկավար` Քադիրովն ակտիվորեն նպաստում է իր երկրում խաղաղության պահպանման գործընթացներին և մեծ ներդրումներ ունի Գրոզնի քաղաքի վերականգնման հարցում:

Ռամզան Կադիրովի օրինական կինն իր համագյուղացի Մեդնի Մուսաևնա Կադիրովան է: Ապագա ամուսինների հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել իրենց դպրոցական տարիներին: Այդ ժամանակից ի վեր ամուսիններն անբաժան են: Ներկայումս Մեդնի Կադիրովան աշխատում է որպես դիզայներ և մասնագիտանում է ժամանակակից մահմեդական հագուստների արտադրության ոլորտում: 2009 թվականից Չեչնիայի մայրաքաղաքում բացվել և գործում է «Firdaws» նորաձևության տունը, որի սեփականատերն է Չեչնիայի առաջին տիկինը: Քադիրով ամուսնները դաստիարակում են ութ երեխայի՝ հինգ աղջկա և երեք տղայի: Հատկանշական է, որ նրանցից միայն վեցն են հանդիսանում նրանց հարազատ երեխաները: Նրանցից երկուսին Ռամզան Կադիրովը որդեգրել է 2007 թվականին:
