ԵԽԽՎ-ում Ադրբեջանին կոչ է արվել անհապաղ ետ վերադարձնել բոլոր հայ գերիներին

Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում քննարկվել է հայկական կողմի համար կարևոր զեկույց, որով, ի թիվս այլ պահանջների, Ադրբեջանին կոչ է արվել անհապաղ ետ վերադարձնել բոլոր հայ գերիներին:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասուլիսում հայտնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը՝ մանրամասներ ներկայացնելով նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներից:

ԵԽԽՎ հերթական նստաշրջանում քննարկվել է հայկական կողմի համար առանձնակի հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող երկու զեկույց, որոնցից մեկը եղել է Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ: «Դա Հայաստանում անցկացված ընտրությունները գնահատում էր մրցակցային և լավ կազմակերպված: Սրանք, ըստ էության, ՀՀ-ի երկրորդ համապետական ընտրություններն են, որ բարձր գնահատականի են արժանանում ԵԽԽՎ դիտորդների կողմից»,- ասաց Ռուբինյանը:

Հայկական կողմի համար երկրորդ հետաքրքրական զեկույցը վերաբերել է Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության հումանիտար հետևանքներին:

«Դա ամիսներ շարունակ էր պատրաստվում: Այդ զեկույցում տեղ են գտել, ըստ էության, բոլոր այն մտահոգությունները, որ մենք ունեինք, և այն կետերը, որոնք  կուզեինք, զեկույցում լինեին: Դրանում ֆիքսվում է, որ պատերազմը հակամարտող կողմերի՝ ԵԽ անդամ լինելով ստանձնած պարտավորությունների խախտում է, և ԵԽԽՎ-ն պետք է ուսումնասիրի այդ հարցը: Ֆիքսվում է Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ, մասնակցությամբ սիրիացի վարձկանների տեղափոխումը Ղարաբաղ և մասնակցությունը պատերազմին: Ֆիքսվում և հստակ կոչ է արվում Ադրբեջանին՝ անհապաղ վերադարձնել բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիներին և պահվող այլ անձանց՝ անկախ այն կարգավիճակից, որ տրված է այդ անձանց Ադրբեջանում»,- ասաց պատվիրակության ղեկավարը:

Զեկույցում խոսվում է նաև հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգների մասին, դատապարտվում է Ադրբեջանում ծավալվող կեղծ «ալբանական» թեզի գոյությունը: Դրանում անդրադարձ կա նաև Ադրբեջանում բարձր մակարդակով օգտագործվող ատելության խոսքին:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե Ստրասբուրգում թուրք կամ ադրբեջանցի պատգամավորների հետ հայկական պատվիրակության անդամները նստաշրջանից դուրս շփումներ ունեցե՞լ են՝ Ռուբինյանը բացասական պատասխան տվեց:

«Բարև»-ից այն կողմ չի եղել որևէ բովանդակային շփում: Ինչպես նախկինում էր, այնպես էլ հիմա է այդ առումով»,- ասաց նա:
