ՀՀ տնտեսության մեջ 50 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կներդրվի

ԱՆԻՖ-֊ի դուստր ընկերության կողմից կառավարվող «Ձեռնարկատեր+Պետություն հակաճգնաժամային ներդրումներ» ֆոնդը 4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կներդնի ՎԶԵԲ և ԵՄ մասնակցությամբ, «Ամբեր Կապիտալ Հայաստան» ընկերության կողմից կառավարվող «ԵՄ-Հայաստան ՓՄՁ ֆոնդում» (այսուհետ՝ Ֆոնդ)։

«Վերջինիս հանձնառված կապիտալը այսպիսով կդառնա 50 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որն ուղղակիորեն ներդրվելու է ՀՀ տնտեսության մեջ։ Նպատակը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գործող մասնավոր ընկերությունների բաժնետիրական կապիտալի մեջ ներդրումներ  իրականացնելն է՝ բիզնեսի ընդլայնման նախագծերի իրագործման նպատակով»,-  այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՆԻՖ-ից:

Ֆոնդում մասնակցություն կունենա նաև Նիդերլանդների ձեռնարկատիրական զարգացման բանկը՝ FMO-ն, որի բաժնետոմսերի մեծամասնությունը պատկանում է Նիդերլանդների կառավարությանը։ FMO-ի մասնակցությունը կնպաստի Հայաստանում մասնավոր կապիտալի շուկայի զարգացմանը, որն իր հերթին հասանելի կդարձնի ֆինանսավորումը ՓՄՁ֊ների համար և կօգնի ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր։

«Այսօր Հայաստանում գրեթե բացակայում են բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորման այնպիսի այլընտրանքային գործիքներ, ինչպիսիք են մասնավոր բաժնեմասային ֆոնդերը: Այս ներդրումը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև իր հետ բերող եվրոպական մեծ ներդրող՝ FMO-ի հավելյալ ներդրումը։ ԱՆԻՖ֊-ի համար այս ներդրումը հատկապես կարևոր է ոչ միայն ՀՀ տնտեսության, այլև կապիտալի շուկաների զարգացման գծով առաջընթացի ապահովմանը նպաստելու առումով»,- ԱՆԻՖ-ի մասնակցությանն անդրադառնալով՝ նշել է տնօրեն Դավիթ Փափազյանը:

Ամբեր Կապիտալ Հայաստանի կառավարող գործընկեր Անուշ Սիմոնյանն էլ այս առիթով ասել է, որ այս որոշումն արտահայտում է «ԵՄ Հայաստան ՓՄՁ Ֆոնդի» հանդեպ վստահությունը՝  հիմք դնելով Ամբեր Կապիտալի և ԱՆԻՖ-֊ի  միջև երկարաժամկետ և փոխշահավետ գործակցության:
