«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Գորիսի ավագանու ընտրություններում «Առուշ Առուշանյան» դաշինքի՝ առավել քան համոզիչ հաղթանակից հետո իշխանությունները զբաղված են «մանդրաժից» դուրս գալու ելքեր որոնելով: Բացի իրենց պարտությունը «պատվով» գնահատելուց, անցած երկու օրերին իշխանությունները այլ մեթոդներ էլ փորձեցին կիրառել: Դրանցից մեկն այն էր, որ փորձեցին տեղեկատվական հարթակներով տարածել, թե իբր իրենք էլ շատ ուրախ են, որ Առուշ Առուշանյանը հաղթել է, թե իբր իրենք այդպես էլ ցանկանում էին: Նպատակը պարզ է՝ ցույց տալ, թե նման արդյունք չէր լինի, եթե իրենք այդպես չցանկանային: Նույն այդ տրամաբանությամբ էլ դաշտ է նետվում թեզը, թե Փաշինյանն անձամբ չի խառնվել Գորիսի ընտրություններին:

Իրականում այս ամենը խայտառակ պարտությունը «նրբացնելու» մեթոդ է, իսկ իշխանությունները ջանք ու եռանդ չեն խնայել Գորիսում հաղթելու համար: Տևական ժամանակ Առուշ Առուշանյանին անազատության մեջ պահելը հենց Փաշինյանի ցանկությամբ ու հրահանգով է: Դրանից բացի, ընտրությունների օրը հենց նրա հրահանգով են Գորիս տարվել իրավապահ մեծաքանակ ուժեր և որոշ «գրպանային իրավապաշտպաններ»:

«Փաստի» ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ծրագիրն այսպիսին է եղել. ՔՊ-ի օգտին վարչական ողջ ռեսուրսի կիրառմանը զուգահեռ՝ նաև նշյալ «իրավապաշտպանների» «ահազանգերի» արդյունքում իրականացնել Առուշանյանի մեծաթիվ կողմնակիցների ձերբակալություններ, որպեսզի մյուսները վախենան ու ակտիվություն չցուցաբերեն, չգնան ընտրությունների:

Սակայն մի շարք պատճառներով, այդ թվում՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ԶԼՄ-ների ուշադրությունը Գորիսի ընտրությունների նկատմամբ մեծ էր, և այստեղ բավականաչափ լրագրողներ էին աշխատում, ծրագրվածի մեծ մասը չաշխատեց: Ի դեպ, Գորիսում կարծիք կա, որ եթե այդչափ վարչական ռեսուրս չկիրառվեր, Առուշանյանի քվեներն ավելի շատ կլինեին:
