Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «Լիցենզավորման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծին:

էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը նշեց, որ որոշ ժամանակ առաջ իրենց նախարարությունը նախաձեռնել է լիցենզավորվող գործունեության տեսակների ուսումնասիրություն, որպեսզի օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների մասնակցությունը Հայաստանի տնտեսության գործունեությանը ավելի հասանելի ու մատչելի լինի:

«Այդ ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում մենք առանձնացրեցինք 13 գործունեության տեսակ, որոնց նկատմամբ կարող ենք թույլ տալ ավելի հեշտ լիցենզավորվելու պայմաններ առաջարկել օտարերկրյա ընկերություններին: Այսպիսով` մենք ԵԱՏՄ-ի, ԵՄ-ի երկրների, ԱՄՆ-ի, Կանադայի, Չինաստանի, Հարավային Կորեայի, Ճապոնիայի, Միացյալ Թագավորության, Իրանի, Վրաստանի, ԱՄԷ-ի իրավաբանական անձանց համար հեշտացնում ենք լիցենզավորվելու հնարավորությունը հետեւյալ գործունեություններում՝ մասնավոր պահնորդական գործունեություն, ինկասացիոն ծառայությունների մատուցում, փոստային կապ, միջուկային նյութերի, ռադիոակտիվ նյութեր պարունակող սարքերի կամ ռադիոակտիվ թափոնների ներմուծման կամ արտահանման գործունեություն, երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի գործունեության կազմակերպում, ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից մեկ մարդատար տաքսի ավտոմոբիլով ուղեւորափոխադրումների իրականացում, անհատ ձեռնարկատերի կամ կազմակերպությունների կողմից մարդատար տաքսի ավտոմոբիլով ուղեւորափոխադրումների կազմակերպում եւ  քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի կողմից լիցենզավորվող հետեւյալ գործունեության տեսակները՝ քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի ինժեներական բաժինների մշակում, քաղաքաշինական փաստաթղթերի փորձաքննություն, շինարարության իրականացում, շինարարության որակի տեխնիկական հսկողություն,  ինժեներական հետազննում եւ շենքերի ու շինությունների տեխնիկական վիճակի զննություն»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Վահան Քերոբյանի խոսքով՝ էապես բարելավվում է գործարար միջավայրը, եւ հնարավորություն են տալիս, որպեսզի օտարերկրյա ընկերություններն ավելի հեշտ մասնակցեն ՀՀ-ում տնտեսական գործունեությանը:
