Կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանն անդրադարձավ Հայաստանում ռուսական դպրոցներ բացելու հարցին:

Դումանյանը կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց. չի արձանագրել, որ ՀՀ ղեկավարությունը, կառավարության ղեկավար կազմից որևէ պաշտոնյա կամ ՌԴ որևէ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա, մասնավորապես, Լավրովն ասած լինի, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստվում է ռուսական նոր դպրոց բացել։

Լրագրողները մեջ բերեցին ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությունը, որում նա նշել էր. «Տաջիկստանում մեր մեթոդաբանության ուսուցման ամբողջական ծրագրով հինգ ռուսական դպրոց է բացվում։ Այժմ նմանատիպ ծրագիր է պատրաստվում Ուզբեկստանի համար։ Վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի նոր ղեկավարությունը հետաքրքրություն է ցուցաբերել, որպեսզի նույնպիսի ծրագիր արվի Հայաստանի համար» ։

Լավրովի հայտարարության մեջբերումը լսելուց հետո Դումանյանն ասաց, որ նման հարց օրակարգում չկա։ «Վստահ եղեք՝ այս պահին նման հարց օրակարգում չունենք»,- ասաց նա՝ ավելացնելով նաև, որ իրենք կարևորում են ռուսաց լեզվի մասսայականացման խնդիրը՝ հատկապես ժամանակակից աշխարհում, երբ հաղորդակցությունը կարևոր գործիք է։
