«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Եթե որևէ երկրում որևէ իշխանություն լիարժեք գոհ է իր երկրի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանից, ապա կա՛մ այդ երկիրն իր իշխանություններով լիարժեք ժողովրդավար է, կա՛մ ՄԻՊ-ն իր տեղում չէ: Եվ հակառակը՝ եթե իշխանությունը բողոքում է ՄԻՊ-ից, ուրեմն վերջինս լիարժեք կատարում է իր պարտականությունները: Իսկ եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն է դժգոհ որևէ պաշտոնյայից, այդ թվում՝ ՄԻՊ-ից, ուրեմն անվերապահ կարելի է արձանագրել, որ այդ պաշտոնյան պրոֆեսիոնալ է, չվարկաբեկված, հայրենասեր, ադեկվատ, Հայաստանի շահերն առաջ տանող, անաչառ ու խելացի: Երեք տարի շարունակ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները պայքարել են ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանի դեմ, այն պարագայում, որ այս ինստիտուտը ՀՀ-ի ամենաարդյունավետ կառույցներից մեկն է, իսկ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում ու նաև դրանց հետո գրեթե ամբողջ պետական համակարգի գործն է անում։

Արդյունքում նրա վարկանիշը, տարբեր հարցումներով, ամենաբարձրերից է մեր երկրում: Բնական է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու նրա թիմին այս ամենը չպետք է դուր գար, ու նրանք անհամբեր սպասում են՝ երբ են «ազատվելու» Թաթոյանից։ Վերջին օրերին իշխանավորները հարձակման նոր դոզա են սկսել ՄԻՊ-ի դեմ՝ միաժամանակ չթաքցնելով իրենց ոգևորությունը, որ Թաթոյանի պաշտոնավարմանը մնացել է մի քանի ամիս: Ինչպես հայտնի է, փետրվարին լրանում է Արման Թաթոյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը, և ԱԺ-ն պետք է ընտրի նոր ՄԻՊ։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս ընթացքում իշխանությունները ինտենսիվ զբաղված են իրենց քիմքին հաճելի թեկնածուի փնտրտուքներով, որպեսզի փետրվարին կարողանան խորհրդարանին ներկայացնել։ Խոսքն այնպիսի թեկնածուի մասին է, որը կլինի իշխանությունների հլու կամակատարը: Այսինքն, ՄԻՊ-ը հերթական ինստիտուտն է, որը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է «զավթել»:
