Այսօր աշխատանքային այցով եղել եմ ՇՄՆ «Արգելոցապարկային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Իջևանի դենդրոպարկում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀ շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը։

 

«Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանի, «Արգելոցապարկային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Արա Հակոբյանի, ՇՄՆ Անտառային կոմիտեի «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Պավել Ցուգունյանի, դենդրոպարկի նոր տնօրենի պաշտոնակատարի և նախարարության ու ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների ներկայացուցիչների հետ շրջայց ենք կատարել դենդրոպարկի տարածքում՝ տեղում ծանոթանալու հնարավոր բնապահպանական, քաղաքաշինական ու հողաշինական նորմերի խախտումներին ու դենդրոպարկում տիրող վիճակին:

 

Հիշեցնեմ, որ առերևույթ չարաշահումների և նյութական պատասխանատվության ոչ պատշաճ իրականացման վերաբերյալ փաստերի հիման վրա «Արգելոցապարկային համալիր» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնակատարի 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 16-ի N230-Ա հրամանով՝ «վստահությունը» կորցնելու հիմքով աշխատանքից ազատվել է դենդրոպարկի նախկին տնօրենը։

 

Տեղում դիտարկել ենք դենդրոպարկի տարածքում արդեն նախկին տնօրենի կնոջը պատկանող ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից վարձակալված հատվածներում հայտնաբերված տարբեր չափերի, միմյանց շաղախով ամրացված քարե սալիներով հատակներով տաղավարները, որոնք ըստ տնօրենի տված բացատրության կառուցվել են առանց շինթույլտվության։
Իհարկե, փորձ է արվում տնօրենի ազատմանը քաղաքական շղարշ հաղորդել, քաղաքական մոտիվներով մեկնաբանել, որպեսզի հանրության մոտ թյուրընկալում լինի, բայց մենք հաստատակամ ենք կենսական կարևորության այս ոլորտում օրենքի գերակայություն հաստատելու մեր հանձնառության մեջ։

 

Շրջակա միջավայրի անխաթարության պահպանման խնդիրը սրությամբ է դրված և պահանջում է ջանքեր ու հաճախ նաև՝ անհապաղ վիրահատական միջամտություններ։

 

Տվել եմ մի շարք հանձնարարականներ։ Անհրաժեշտ ուսումնասիրություններից հետո, հնարավոր խախտումների հետևանքները կվերացվեն, դենդրոպարկի տարածքը կվերադարձվի նախկին տեսքին և կշահագործվի ըստ նպատակի»,- գրել է նա։
