Այս բարդ ժամանակաշրջանում ժամանակակից աշխարհը ոչ ժամանակակից աշխարհից տարբերվում է նրանով, որ ժամանակակից աշխարհը մոդելների եւ մոդելավորման աշխարհ է, որտեղ ամեն ինչ կամ գրեթե ամեն ինչ մոդելավորված է ու աշխատում է այդ տրամաբանությամբ։ Այս մասին «Մտքերի գագաթնաժողովին» իր ելույթի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Երբ մենք մոդելավորում ենք աշխարհը, սկսում ենք այն ավելի լավ ճանաչել եւ սկսում ենք ավելի մեծ մասնակցություն ունենալ պրոցեսների կառավարմանը եւ ավելի կանխատեսելի դարձնել պրոցեսները մեր համար։ Եթե անդրադառնանք աշխարհաքաղաքականությանը, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ այն էլ որոշակի մոդելավորման կարող է տրվել», - ասաց նա։

Վարչապետի խոսքով` աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը շատ նման է մակընթացություններին ու տեղատվություններին, որոնք անընդհատ տեղի են ունենում։ «Չմոդելավորված աշխարհում մարդիկ չէին հասկանում, թե այդ երեւույթները ինչու են ինչպես են տեղի ունենում, իսկ մոդելավորված աշխարհում դրանք արդեն դառնում են կանխատեսելի պրոցեսներ։ Կարծում եմ, որ այսօր ամենահրատապ հարցը, որ պիտի քննարկվի մտքերի գագաթնաժողովում, հենց աշխարհաքաղաքականության մոդելավորումն է եւ ինչպես եւ ինչու են գործընթացները տեղի ունենում։ Եւ շատ կարեւոր է, որ միտքը այս ուղղությամբ գեներացվի, հարցեր ձեւակերպի եւ պատասխաններ տա, որովհետեւ դրանք առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն մեր երկրի անցյալի, ներկայի եւ ապագայի համար», - ասաց Փաշինյանը։
