Վրաստանում մեկնարկում է ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը

Վրաստանում այսօր տեղի է ունենում մունիցիպալ ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլը։ Քաղաքացիներն ընտրում են 15 մունիցիպալիտետների հինգ ինքնակառավարվող քաղաքների՝ Թբիլիսիի, Բաթումիի, Քութայիսիի, Փոթիի, Ռուսթավիի, ինչպես նաեւ 24 ընտրատարածքների 42 մեծամասնական պատգամավորների, հայտնում է «Նովոստի-Գրուզիա»-ն։

Ինչպես սակրեբուլոյի պատգամավորների դեպքում, այնպես էլ քաղաքապետերի դեպքում, ընտրությունը սահմանափակվելու է առաջին փուլում առաջատար դարձած երկու թեկնածուով։ Գրեթե բոլոր դեպքերում պաշտոնների համար մրցում են իշխող «Վրացական երազանք»-ի եւ ընդդիմադիր «Միացյալ ազգային շարժման» ներկայացուցիչները։

Քվեարկության գործընթացը սկսվել է առավոտյան ժամը 8-ին եւ կավարտվի ժամը 20:00-ին։

Հոկտեմբերի 30-ի ընտրություններին ընտրելու իրավունք ունի երկրի 2 088 722 քաղաքացի։ Ամենաշատ ընտրողները գրանցված են Թբիլիսիում՝ 1 002 900, իսկ ամենաքիչը՝ Թիանեթում 10 855։ Ընտրությունները վավեր են լինելու ցանկացած մասնակցության դեպքում։

Ընտրողների համար նախատեսված է 1830 ընտրատեղամաս։ Բացառության կարգով քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում բացվել է ութ տեղամաս։ Ստեղծվել է եւս 29 հատուկ ընտրատարածք, որպեսզի կորոնավիրուսի պատճառով ստացիոնար բուժհաստատություններում գտնվող եւ մեկուսացված (կարանտին, ինքնամեկուսացում) քաղաքացիները կարողանան քվեարկել։ Նրանց համար, ովքեր առողջական այլ խնդիրների պատճառով չեն կարող գնալ քվեարկության, քվեատուփը տուն կբերվի։

Վրաստանի բացարձակապես բոլոր ընտրատեղամասերում նոր, ավելի բաց քվեախցիկներ են հայտնվել։ Մինչդեռ Թբիլիսիի Կրծանիսի շրջանի 31-րդ տեղամասում թեստային ռեժիմով էլեկտրոնային քվեատուփեր են տեղադրվել:

Ընտրություններին կհետեւեն տեղական կազմակերպությունների շուրջ 35.2 հազար դիտորդ, 1.1 հազար միջազգային դիտորդ, ինչպես նաեւ ընտրական սուբյեկտների ավելի քան 5.3 հազար ներկայացուցիչ։ Ընտրությունների օրը լուսաբանում է 3.7 հազար լրագրող 119 լրատվամիջոցից։

Վրաստանի Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը (ԿԸՀ) վստահեցրել է, որ, ինչպես եւ առաջին փուլում, որոնավիրուսի տարածման հետ կապված անվտանգության կանոնները խստորեն պահպանվելու են:

Ընտրատեղամասերում ձայների հաշվարկը կսկսվի դրանց փակվելուց անմիջապես հետո՝ ժամը 20:00-ին։ 1750 ընտրատեղամասերում, որտեղ գրանցված ընտրողների թիվը գերազանցում է 300-ը, գործընթացի տեսաձայնագրություն կիրականացվի:

Ընտրատեղամասերում ձայների հաշվարկից հետո հանձնաժողովի անդամները ամփոփիչ արձանագրություն կստորագրեն եւ կուղարկեն ԿԸՀ։ Երբ ԿԸՀ կայք բավարար արձանագրություններ ներբեռնվեն, կսկսվի արդյունքների հրապարակումը։
