ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփին սպառնում են չեղարկել բաց կոդով ծրագրային ապահովման լիցենզիան, որն իբր օգտագործվում է քաղաքական գործչի նոր Truth Social սոցցանցում, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

«Այսպես կոչված Truth Social նոր սոցցանցը, որը պատկանում է ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Թրամփին, օգտագործում է Mastodon-ի սկզբնական կոդը` տարբեր հավելումներով»,- ասվում է համանուն ընկերության ղեկավարի Յուջին Ռոչկոյի հայտարարության մեջ։ 

Mastodon նախագիծը նկարագրվում է որպես առանց գովազդի, կորպորատիվ վերահսկողության, էթիկական դիզայնով սոցցանց: Twitter-ում դրան բաժանորդագրված է միկրոբլոգների ցանցի ստեղծող Ջեք Դորսին եւ եւս 27 հազար մարդ։

Հրապարակված հայտարարության մեջ Ռոչկոն պնդում է, որ Թրամփի սոցցանցը հիմնված է նրա հարթակի բաց ծածկագրի վրա։ Այս պրոդուկտի օգտագործման պայմանը դրա հիման վրա պրոդուկտների հասանելիությունն է, ընդգծում է Ռոչկոն։ Նա նշել է, որ իրավաբանական բաժնին ուղղված նամակում ասել է, որ Թրամփի սոցցանցը պետք է մուտքի կոդ տրամադրի:

«AGPLv3 լիցենզիայի համաձայն՝ հեղինակային իրավունքի սեփականատիրոջ ծանուցումից հետո Truth Social-ը 30 օր ունի` պահանջը կատարելու համար, կամ լիցենզիան կարող է ընդմիշտ հետ կանչվել»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:

Ավելի վաղ խոշոր սոցհարթակներում արգելափակված Թրամփը հայտարարեց իր Truth Social սոցցանցի ստեղծման մասին։ Հավելվածն արդեն հասանելի է AppStore-ում, սակայն առայժմ, նախնական պատվերի համար այն հնարավոր կլինի օգտագործել միայն փետրվարին։ Ընկերությունը, որը կզբաղվի հարթակի հոսթինգով, 75 միլիոն օգտատեր է ակնկալում: Սոցցանցը ստեղծող Digital World Acquisition Group-ի բաժնետոմսերը հոկտեմբերի 20-ին NASDAQ բորսայում արժեն մոտ 10 դոլար, դրանք սկսեցին թանկանալ հարթակի գործարկման մասին հայտարարումից հետո, հոկտեմբերի 22-ին գինը հասավ 110 դոլարի, իսկ ուրբաթ աճուրդները փակվեցին 85 դոլարի մակարդակում:
