«Չտեսան պատից կախ՝ տեսան ճակտից կախ… » Ահա այսպես է սովորաբար լինում, երբ երկիրը կառավարողների շարքերը համալրվում են տարատեսակ եւ տարաբնույթ մականուններ ունեցող մարզպետներով կամ ասենք քաղաքապետերով եւ այլ չինովնիկներով: Եւ հենց այստեղ է, որ տեղի է ունենում հասարակություն-իշխանություն մեծ բախումը: Թե ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ խմորին ավելացնելով տարբեր հավելանյութեր մարդիկ հասնում են նախարարների, մարզպետների փափուկ աթոռներին, դեռ կանդրադառնանք, սակայն ներկայումս ավելի արդիական կլինի քննարկել, թե ինչի՞ կամ ու՞մ հաշվին է օրինակ՝ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Արամ Հարությունյանը «VIP դրախտի» վերածել Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանից վարձակալած մարզպետարանի շենքը:
Մամուլը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ անդրադարձել է Հարությունյանի կողմից մարզպետարանի թվանոց վերանորոգմանը: Ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի մարզպետի նստավայրը զրոյից վերանորոգելու համար ծախսվել է 60-70 մլն. դրամ, որի 15 մլն-ը նվիրաբերվել է Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից՝ տեղական բյուջեի հաշվին: Նվերներ շռայլելն իհարկե լավ բան է, սակայն ու՞մ հաշվին եւ ինչի՞ համար, արդյո՞ք մարզպետի լավ աշխատելու համար վերոնշյալ քաղաքի պետը պետք է ժողովրդի բերանից կտրելով գոհացներ այդ ժամանակ նորաթուխ պարոնին: Հնչեցված հարցերը պարզաբանելու համար Orer.am-ը փորձեց կապ հաստատել եւ՛ Հրազդանի քաղաքապետ Արամ Դանիելյանի, եւ՛ Կոտայքի մարզպետի հետ: Նկատենք, որ բազում փորձերը հիմնականում պսակվում էին անհաջողությամբ, նրանք պարզապես չէին պատասխանում հեռախոսազանգենրին:
Սակայն վերջիվերջո Ա. Հարությունյանի հեռախոսին պատասխանեց նրա տեղակալ Կարեն Պապոյանը, ով խոստացավ փոխանցել մարզպետին մեր զանգի մասին: Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ մարզպետը զբաղված է՝ մասնակցում է միջոցառման, որի ավարտից հետո կապ կհաստատվի խմբագրության հետ: Փաստորեն դուրս է գալիս, որ մարզպետի մասնակցությամբ միջոցառումները տեւում են յոթ օր, յոթ գիշեր, որի պատճառով էլ Հարությունյանը կամ նրա օգնականները չեն կարողանում կապվել լրատվամիջոցների հետ: Հետաքրքիր է, իսկ հիմա՞ ում փողերին է «թամբել» մարզպետը, կամ ավելի մեղմ ասած միջոցառումն ու՞մ փողերի հաշվին է կազմակերպվել, չլինի՞ թե այս անգամ եւս Դանիելյանը փորձել է «կռուտոյ» ձեւանալ եւ ասենք Ամանորին ընդառաջ մի լավ պատիվ տալ իր մեծարգո մարզպետին, ո՞վ գիտե…
Ինչեւէ, անդրադառնալով մեր բուն թեմային, մնում է ասել․«ռեմոնտը» չէ, որ Ձեզ պետք է գեղեցկացներ պարոն մարզպետ, բարոկկո կամ դասական ոճի ներդաշնակությունը թերեւս չի փոխում մարդու էությունը, հերի՛ք է քամուն տաք ժողովրդին պատկանող փողերը, թույլ տվեք, որ դրանք ծառայեն ճիշտ եւ բուն նպատակին: Միգուցե, կողքի դնելով էլիտար երեւալու եւ թվերի հետ խաղալու մոլուցքը, հասարակ ժողովուրդը մի օր ասի,- «Ա՛յ, իսկական մարզպետ եմ ասել՝ կծես «չայ» խմես»:
