«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունների մարզային գրասենյակների ղեկավարներն ակտիվորեն մասնակցում են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ սոցծառայություների ղեկավարները ոչ թե իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» կողմից են առաջադրվում, այլ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունից, որի հիմնադիրները նախկինում աշխատանքի ու սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարներ եղած Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանն ու Մանե Թանդիլյանն են։

Այսպես, Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությունների Գյումրիի տարածքային կենտրոնի պետ Կարեն Մալխասյանն առաջադրվել էր հայրենի Գյումրիում, Արմեն Այվազյանը, որ նույն կառույցի վանաձորյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարն է, նորից «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունից առաջադրվել է Վանաձորում։ Այդ մասին նա, ի դեպ, Facebook-ի իր էջում էլ է գրառում կատարել։ Աշխատանքի ու սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը, սակայն, մտահոգիչ ու արտառոց որևէ բան չի տեսնում վերոնշյալ առաջադրումների մեջ։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի իրավունք ունի առաջադրվելու, ընտրությունների մասնակցելու ու ընտրվելու, կարճ ասած՝ արտահայտելու քաղաքական իր դիրքորոշումը։

«Բայց մի բան հստակ է. կլինի Աշխատանքի ու սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության, թե, օրինակ, Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության աշխատակից, քաղաքական տարբեր ցուցակներով կարող է ներկայացվել, եթե սահմանաված կարգից դուրս ու աշխատանքային պարտականություններին հակասող բան չի արել: Եթե, օրինակ, իմանամ, որ Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոնի աշխատակիցը կամ կենտրոնը ղեկավարող որևիցե անձ օգտագործում է իր լիազորությունները, վստահեցնում եմ՝ դա հենց այնպես չի անցնի գնա»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում շեշտեց նախարարը։

Ստացվում է՝ նախկին նախարարներ Մանե Թանդիլյանը և Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը, որ ընդդիմադրի դիրքերից են հանդես գալիս, քննադատում իշխանությանը, կարողանում են օգտագործել սոցապնախարարության տարածքային գրասենյակները իրենց քաղաքական նպատակների համար։
