ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Արթուր Վանեցյանը, Հայկ Մամիջանյանը և Աննա Մկրտչյանը ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության անդամների հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում հիմնականում անդրադարձել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից հնչող ագրեսիվ, ռազմատենչ հայտարարություններին, գերիների վերադարձի կարևորության, Արցախի կարգավիճակի և ՀՀ-ի ու Արցախի անվտանգությանը վերաբերող թեմաներին։ Նրանք ներկայացրել են նաև ՀՀ դատական համակարգում առկա իրավիճակը՝ սկսած դատարանները շրջափակելու աղմկահարույց ակցիայից, մինչև դատական գործերը մակագրող համակարգիչների հետ կապված խնդիրները։

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները եվրոպացի գործընկերներին ներկայացրել են այն ընդհանուր պատկերը, որ Հայաստանում գործնականում հաստատվել է մեկ անձի իշխանություն՝ առանց ժողովրդավարական հասարակության համար կենսական համավող փոխզսպումների ու հակակշիռների մեխանիզմների, այդ թվում՝ իշխանությանը ծառայող «հեռախոսային արդարադատության» կիրառմամբ։

«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության անդամները խոսել են նաև ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործերի, երկրից ելքի սահմանափակումների մասին։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության անդամներն այդ հանդիպման ընթացքում «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ի ներկայացուցիչներից են առաջին անգամ տեղեկացել, թե ինչու ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները չեն մասնակցել ԵԽԽՎ լիագումար նիստին։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԵԽԽՎ պատվիրակության ուշադրությունը հրավիրել են նաև ԱԺ-ում տիրող իրավիճակի, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների խոսքի ազատության սահմանափակումների, ինչպես նաև անօրինական, ոչ իրավաչափ կարգավորումների, տույժերի կիրառման հիմնահարցերին։ Ըստ նույն աղբյուրների, «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավորներն անդրադարձել են նաև ԶԼՄ-ների ազատության, նրանց ֆինանսական տեռորի ենթարկելու իշխանության գործողություններին։
