ՀՅԴ Հայ Երիտասարդական դաշնության ԱՄՆ Արևելյան շրջանի Կենտրոնական Գործադիրի  անդամները ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցի հետ առանձնազրույցի ժամանակ պաշտոնապես հայտնել են իրենց լուրջ մտահոգությունը հայ ազգի ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ։

Երիտասարդ ակտիվիստների խումբը՝ ատենապետ Վրեժ Դաուլիի (Չիկագո «Արարատ» մասնաճյուղ), Ալեք Մանուկյանի (Վաշինգտոն, «Անի» մասնաճյուղ), Արամ Բալյանի (Վաշինգտոն, «Անի» մասնաճյուղ), Սիփան Օհաննեսյանի (Վաշինգտոն, «Անի» մասնաճյուղ) և Սոսի Բուրուջյանը (Վաշինգտոն, «Անի» մասնաճյուղ), ուղեկցությամբ ՀՅԴ Արևելեան շրջանի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի անդամ Անի Ճաղլասյեանի, ուրբաթ կեսօրից հետո կազմակերպել էին նորանշանակ հայ դեսպանի հետ հանդիպումը Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների միջև ևս մեկ եռակողմ համաձայնագրի նախաշեմին, որը, ըստ լուրերի, տեղի կունենա հաջորդ շաբաթ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից 2020 թվականի Արցախյան պատերազմի ավարտի մասին հայտարարության ստորագրումից մեկ տարի անց 
«Հայ ազգը դեմ է նոր անխոհեմ զիջումներին,- ընդգծել են երիտասարդները  դռնփակ հանդիպման ժամանակ,- մենք դեմ ենք ներկայիս բանակցություններին, որոնք կստեղծեն մեր հայրենիքը մեկուսացնող միջանցք։

ՀՅԴ երիտասարդական միության բազմաթիվ մտահոգություններից են բաց սահմանների վտանգները և Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցերը: Օրինակ, Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի վաղեմի ծրագիրը՝ վերականգնել տրանսպորտային և կապի ուղիները Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության հետ՝ այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքով»՝ Սյունիքի մարզով։

«Եռակողմ համաձայնագիրը խաղաղություն չհաստատեց, այլ ավելի շուտ հարուցեց թշնամու էքսպանսիոնիստական ախորժակը,- նախազգուշացրին դաշնակցականները,- մենք չենք կարող անտարբեր մնալ մեր ազգի կործանման վտանգին, և կշարժվենք ներկայիս վարչակազմի դեմ, որը վարում է ապակառուցողական քաղաքականություն, որը հակահայկական է և մեր երիտասարդության ապագան տանում է դեպի անդունդ»։

Վաշինգտոնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանատան մոտից ուղիղ հեռարձակմամբ Վրեժ Դաուլին հակիրճ տեղեկատվություն է տրամադրել հանդիպման մասին: «Մենք դեմ առ դեմ կիսվեցինք մեր տեսակետներով՝ ընդգծելու մեր մտահոգությունների խորությունը և հայ երիտասարդության հանձնառությունը հայ ազգի անվտանգությանն ու գոյատևմանը»:

«Մենք չենք ընդունելու և թույլ չենք տա Արցախի ուրացումը, հայկական որևէ հողի հանձնումը, Հայաստանի տարածքով օտարերկրյա միջանցքների ստեղծումը կամ հայկական անվտանգության զիջումը»,- ընդգծել է նա։
